Well CVS is quoted (by SteveBrum I think - apologies if it was another poster) as saying at their fans forum that its been provisionally agreed to go for a 28-meeting fixture schedule, and that equates to 8 teams, home/away twice!!

People seem to be forgetting that the EL may be moving towards midweek speedway next year, so signing any GP rider wouldn't necessarily be a problem - subject to the usual points limitations.

Just to be factual for a moment - Poole Stadium is not available for Speedway this Sunday/Monday!! The rearranged semi final 2nd leg on Wednesday 15th October is exactly 12 months on from when Poole won at Birmingham in last year's final (Tuesday 15th October 2013).

They used them at Blunsdon on Monday - and didn't the Robins regret it!!!?? Excellent extract from the Blunsdon Blog above!

Lewis Bridger is retiring again - apparently!!!

Hardly a week on Saturday - Poole are racing in Poland!!! There is absolutely no point in covers being put down on an already wet track. That has been proven already. In any case the covers would have had to be lifted at least a couple of hours beforehand - when there was/is still the threat of rain!!!

Poole Stadium is not available Sunday/Monday, which is why if Poole had progressed to the final already the away leg was scheduled for Coventry!!

...and with no NZ gp, the EL season could start earlier too!!

Aah that's the reason behind the test - too many late night toasties soaked up all the hydrating fluids!!!
