It would seem that Bjarne's decision to talk about a UK deal is also linked to the Darcy Ward situation - not in England but in Sweden. Bjarne was preparing to just do Denmark Sweden (and not sure about Poland?) but has not been offered a confirmed Swedish league place!! HOWEVER, if Ward is banned further then Bjarne would take Ward's place at Piraterna, and would probably not accept a UK deal. Presumably he's not in a 'Ward-less' Poole team option, as MF wouldn't have given permission for him to talk to other clubs?! Will clubs/riders now wait longer after Darcy's hearing is further delayed to 30th!!?

Its deferred to 30th January - still time for promoters to wait, but will they?? Not just Poole either...........!!

Holder's wrist now confirmed as only dislocated - NOT broken - plus he bent the wrist plate from the previous injury. His Aussie championship is over but he could be back racing in a couple of weeks.

For the second time I have not said your post was anti-Poole. But I and others do believe you have a slightly weird obsession with all things Poole - for or against - so such a specifically worded post stuck out when I read it. (Incidentally I now have you on ignore,(one of my likes) so only see your posts when others quote/refer/reply to them - usually when they are Poole-related (one of my dislikes).) Reading the opening post again - the bulk of it is about the World Championships, GPs and the Internationale individual meetings - there is only passing reference to UK play-offs, which I confess I missed initially.

Darcy was considering Swindon a couple of years ago until Middlo told him he'd have to find somewhere else to live! But he's rumoured to have bought a house now and is in a steady relationship so who knows?!

The parents and family members would like to know first (ie the Clubs/riders) but it would only be published worldwide on a website for all and sundry to see just before or when the 'child' is born - if at all!! What 'preparation' does a 'fan' need to do prior to the first meeting??

Maybe when MF makes the final decision on his 3 team options (possibly 4 now depending on Holder's broken wrist?!), then there will be some clarification?! I only know Magic as well as the occasional conversation with him at social functions or at MF's house. I know MF much better!!
