Looks like Darcy Ward is intending to race for Torun on Monday if his knee is ok!?

Ward is not having an op on the thumb and will be at Bydgoszcz. However if there are any issues during the official practice with the thumb, he may withdraw. That would leave the organisers with only the track reserves to take his place wouldn't it?! Or would they put someone else on 'standby'??

...and Matt Ford has said there is 'a good chance' that the EL Eastbourne v Poole meeting on 10th May will be changed!! Probably to Monday 30th June if the Sky Sports Speedway list is accurate!!

Hope they both do as well tomorrow!!

Seems as though One Sport's official mouthpiece are reporting today that they are accepting that Ward will not be at Landshut for round 2, as official British EL/PL fixtures take precedence over their Pairs meeting!! Will also apply to Woodward and possibly Wolbert. Aussies will still be able to choose from Doyle, Batchelor and/or Watt to partner Holder. Ward to be back for 23rd May!!!

Just like Speedway promoters then?? lol

It'll be interesting if Ward races in the next round?! Money or loyalty to his British club contract? Lets see.........!!

Thems the rules!!! And this is part of the issue that BSPA have with One Sport (or any other non-FIM event) for announcing fixtures after the official deadline for International fixtures!! As for May 10th its just a shame the Finns didn't enter a pair!!!!
