Aren't Polish teams only allowed to track 3 foreigners at a time?!
I confess I don't fully understand all the Polish rules anymore than I understand the British ones!?
Good to see Havvy's got his finger on the pulse as usual!!
'Speedway: Havelock backs 'box office' Darcy Ward to make immediate Poole Pirates return' - taken from today's local Echo.

Shame Hans can't 'give the finger' to all the doubters!!
So just a Visitor permit needed for the UK to stay at Middlo's and be in the Poole pits every week and back racing for Piraterna and a Polish team - Torun or Gorzow(?).
Well it was 3 days ago that the Polish announcement was made about Janowski so plenty of time for the Polish promotion to realise their error, but not tell the fans!!
...But if Magic steps aside of his own (or Poland's) insistence, then who knows what will happen?!
And if that does happen, Magic won't ride for anyone else in EL.
They won't want him missing for 28 days, as he'll miss opportunities to get his average up, so it will be a 6-point PL rider - if Magic chooses to ride in this non-FIM International Friendly.
Shamek's final (28 meeting rolling??) average for 2014 was 6.75.
Not sure what his 20 meeting average is - but I know a man on here who will know!!
Of course, its purely academic if he doesn't want to do EL this year - or he would cost too much like Milik!!!!
There are a few stipulations as to where DW might go:-
1. What average will the BSPA decree he is on?
2. Which club(s) can fit him in on a like-for-like basis?
3. Which club(s) can fit him in and re-declare on the points limit whilst only retaining 2x7 point+ riders?
4. Which club(s) can afford him?
5. Which promoters does MF get on with?
6. Which club can offer him the most fixtures?
