  1. That's the last time for 3 of the young Poles in the U.21s, The Aussie boys are much younger and will still all(?) be eligible for next year I think.
  2. So no change there since about May time then?!!
  3. It was hacking down with heavy rain at the Leicester footie on TV - so the right decision to call it off methinks. What makes you think I wasn't being serious Lisa??
  4. So the Polish media have a pop at BSI?! I'm surprised 'One Sport' haven't thrown in their sixpennyworth!!!
  5. So its quite ok for Swindon's Steve0 to post the comment first - but not ok for Starman2006 to 'like' it?!
  6. So Josh G, Howarth and Nielsen to take the r/r rides??
  7. An English Bank Holiday Monday?! - Its bound to p!$$ down surely!!!? Still, anything to help these clubs fit in their outstanding home fixtures I suppose! ;-) Always thinking of his fellow promoters and the general good of British speedway is MF!! :-) :-) ;-)
  8. Kacper is coming over for the Blue Riband on October 14th. I'm sure I recall reading somewhere that Middlo told him that there is likely to be a team place in 2017 - subject to what rule changes may come in?!
  9. I must remember, when in doubt or losing an argument, drop a rider's name into the post!!
  10. Very pleased to see an official Speedway GB good wish!!
  11. Antonio has announced that the Prosecutor in Sweden has dropped all charges against him!! Great news Antonio. Onwards and upwards. (Please don't go out for a few beers to celebrate!!)
  12. The very best of good wishes to Charlie. She has put her body through many hours of gruelling effort in her charity work - including the 3000 mile cycle ride to Rio. Hoping for a full and speedy recovery to a member of the speedway family.
  13. But Rosco said on TV that most of those things are in place - not only for the team GB 'squad' but all those in the Poultec scheme as well
  14. I thought there were a couple of open fan forums earlier this season to get fan views. I'm a bit disappointed that there haven't been more around the country but one or two promoters are clearly seeking feedback from their own fans.
  15. Victor rides for Piraterna in Sweden alongside the likes of Hancock, Kildermand and Piotr Pawlicki. He is 5th in Newcastle's averages 5.25. Its r/r for Brady which means Buzz, Bjarne,Adam and Kyle can take the rides.
  16. I wonder if he'll still want to influence the team selection in 2017?! ;-)
  17. I didn't think Leicester wanted to race it on an off-night?!
  18. Anyway back to the thread, Still no news on Brady's replacement - Rory Schlein perhaps? Not sure how he's done at Leicester previously?! And maybe Michael Palm Toft to replace Hans. He was more than adequate when guesting for Bjarne but at Number 5 - who knows? Not a lot of choice unfortunately - still hopefully the Pirates will be in 'Lakeside away' mode!!
  19. Maybe there will be an 'exclusive' interview/statement in this week's SS?!
  20. Its the same for KK and Coventry at Lakeside. I bet 'most' of the Bees fans aren't best pleased either?!
  21. So the Team GB Manager states quite clearly on BT Sport yesterday that he has had nothing but full support from BSPA and that the 'training camps' (Croatia etc?) and the fitness/nutrition sessions will take place again for next season. Also considering test matches against the Swedes, Poles, Danes - (maybe even the Germans if we actually want to win one!) -on their tracks. Even the BSPA chairman stated he was supportive of Tai's aspirations. Don't understand it at all!! NB. Isn't a certain Mr Pearson in charge of Woffy's PR etc????!
  22. I actually agree with you Steve - its a less than perfect situation for our skipper. But I guess at least he'll be guaranteed payment for his efforts in Togliatti!! :-) ;-)
