  1. Now confirmed (apparantly) for next Tuesday 13th September!!!! Not sure what that might mean for team line-ups?
  2. Guest Team Manager for the Stars too (Mind you if I were either Lyon or Allitt I'd probably stay away as well!) I guess Garry May would have been there any way!!
  3. Who is this Golomski character?? ;-) Belle Vue's is a rearranged fixture so Sweden takes precedence.
  4. r/r for NKI I think. No Buzz - out for 10 days from last Saturday - or Hans (not heard how his treatment in Poland went yesterday?). I doubt Chris Holder will risk it either with the GP on Saturday, despite his 'intense physiotherapy', but he may want to test the wrist....?!
  5. Vaculik rode at Poole in an individual meeting a few years ago and stayed at MF's place whilst he was in the UK.
  6. 7.50 this season. 8.00 next (not that the latter will happen.) Or so I'm led to believe!!
  7. So 'Pool have form for this sort of thing happens a lot'?! How long ago were Eastbourne in the Elite League?? Tungate and Holder 'small track specialist "horses for courses"??!! lol
  8. Whats your insight into why Sky are showing Belle Vue v Poole next Monday then?!
  9. They do Baz - but don't affect Kings Lynn!! ps Doesn't the Danish final also feature Batchelor?
  10. There's the problem - Wednesday 14th September is the Danish League Final - presumably with 15th held as a rain-off date?!
  11. Probably an argument over dates as to which riders will be missing??!! Especially with the Danish Finals not fully sorted out til this week!! It could affect riders from both sides as to their availability.
  12. If he does need an operation as he hinted during the week, then it would be best if he called it a day for this season - then MF can sign someone as a replacement during the pre-play off 'window of opportunity', rather than looking for suitable guests from the bottom 4 EL clubs!! :-)
  13. With 5 riders due to take part in tomorrow's GP challenge, lets hope they all come through without further injury - other than Hans' worsening hand/finger!! ;-)
  14. Clearly lots more to do in and around Manchester on a Friday night than spending £18 minimum on a speedway meeting.
  15. Depends if its a full-scale 're-siting' or only some parts to be redeveloped on the existing footprint. I can't see them demolishing the relatively new 'glass restaurant/grandstand', although the old 'main' grandstand could do with being replaced and enlarged as well as some improvements on both bends 1-2 and 3-4. That could not be achieved easily whilst racing continues - even though MF will fight tooth and nail for continuous speedway!! Lets not forget this is being driven by the Council's need to build more homes throughout Poole, so the wider footprint of the stadium site to include car and lorry parks adjacent to the 'office block' could all be targets for development.
  16. Not surprising with KK's UK management not only based in Poole but also part of Poole's 'backroom' staff! No brainer really, although any speculation about a team place is surely too soon as we don't yet know any format for 2017 (although it seems not to have deterred Jason Doyle and Swindon!)
  17. So are Sky not showing the Aces v Pirates meeting on 12th September now? Have I missed something somewhere?
  18. ..but only for the next 2 weeks. if this evenings scores are anything to go by. Still, dropping to reserve is far better than being dropped altogether!!!
  19. With the new averages now available = effective 5th September, Pedersen stays at reserve for the next 2 weeks (on the same average as Kurtz - 6.24) but if tonight is anything to go by, then Kurtz could well drop to reserve for the play-offs.
  20. Pirates of the Caribbean on the parade of riders and then each rider has his own piece of music when he wins a race.
