....and he doesn't live in Sandbanks!! Well not now anyway!! :-) :-)
-
Apart from once!!
-
Because his average best fits the points that Poole will have remaining after the next 2 announcements!!
-
No issues with KK - back to live in his own local home and spend more time with his Poole-based UK management team. Chris will still be helping Jack to get a few extra points here and there (mainly here!!)

Rather than say anything publicly I'd have thought Horton would be straight on the phone to Brandon Estates. They in turn would be highly likely to use lawyers if there is any contravention of the written agreement with Sandhu over the transfer of ownership of the stadium?! If there is no contravention then one must assume that Brandon Estates and/or Horton are planning some investment in the new year?!
-
Just to be clear on any potential Danish fixture clashes, Hans was instructed by Matt Ford - stated publicly in the paper - to ensure there were no fixture clashes if he was to honour year 2 of the agreement! I guess the same would be said to any potential Danish League rider. Also the Danish league operates with a squad system so not every rider signed for a Danish club has to take part in every fixture.

As good as Chris Holder was in the second half of this season most of that was AT HOME. Look at some of his away scores at some of the tracks he doesn't like and it shows a slightly different picture aside from the points differential with KK.

Quite correct. Not sure where the 7.17 comes from?? Possibly getting fingers in the wrong order?!
-
Maybe but 8.43 and 7.71 probably wouldn't work let alone what average Cyfer would have?!
-
What on earth has Sky scheduling got to do with it?? They only usually announce forthcoming fixtures a couple of weeks beforehand in any case. I actually think the Leicester situation could be far more complex with negotiations having to take place between an unhappy stadium owner , the BSPA and any prospective promotion. At least at Belle Vue you have a council that is committed to having a fully operational facility - even if the various activities within the arena are shared out amongst individual groups. Good luck to both
-
Not me not 2 weeks ago!! I only heard the rumour from a very reliable source on Monday! I was always hopeful that Newman would start at reserve for Poole. In any case as I've said in another post - fixture clashes may still be an issue so its always good to have at least a Plan B.
-
Josh makes no mention of doubling up in the Sheffield press release. In fact its more about how he's gonna cut down on all his travelling!!
-
You need to read the BSPA post-AGM statement. Premiership and Championship riders averages will be based on their 2016 PL average. Anyone only having ridden Elite in 2016 will have their final average multiplied by 1.4 You correctly raise the issue of what happens to the team average of 50 when the first set of official averages are achieved?! This has not been clarified but most assume it will drop to around 40-43. However that still leaves the question as to what average will riders come in on that haven't been signed up to start the season. For example if Chris Holder doesn't get a starting place in the Premiership on 12.53 will his average revert to his actual 2016 EL average 8.95 once the team building figure has been reduced?
-
Its quite sunny down south!!!
-
My only slight concern is - if the remaining rumoured riders are correct - that Kurtz can step it up a tad as the 3rd heat leader!!? Still its a top four team I reckon and if we get the majority of fixtures in before July 31st who knows how the play-offs might look?? ;-) ;-) ;-) Just a thought - after the first set of averages and as we expect the Premiership team building average of 50 to also drop - will any 'unsigned' riders revert back to their 'actual' 2016 average? ie without the factor of 1.4

Hey please don't go suggesting things like that JB - MF would close it down!!!

This forum - along with most other forums - has a set of rules which includes things like not posting personal insults, using bad language and not 'trolling' etc. I have had one enforced 'holiday' from this forum a few years ago now - I can't remember what for now? - but am perfectly able to debate and discuss most topics on here without insulting the poster - unless of course I get really p!$$ed off and deliberately generate a holiday if I'm going to be out of the country for a while!! Anyway holidays are great to get away from it all and I wish anyone about to embark on one a really wonderful break! (ps. Back to the thread - Always good to have a Plan B when attempting to finalise your 1-7!!)

The GP icon, the young Brit and the lodger!! Love it!!
-
Ooohh someone's got their knickers in a bit of a twist this morning. No need for any bad language or insults. As Couchy has stated, merely giving you a factual response from the info I have to hand!! (ps Cheers HS!!)
-
Could be that Panthers preferred 2017 raceday of Sundays is a stumbling block for Kyle Newman??!
-
I'm sure if Kyle doubles down with Ipswich then all genuine Ippo fans will give him all the support he deserves!! (It will be quite fun to follow the thread!!) Newman won't start at reserve for Poole.
-
Pure speculation based on the averages available!! Apparantly there is a BBC Radio Solent interview scheduled tonight with Shanes during the footie half time break!!
