  1. As Danny Ford says If the points limit was 38 ( as in 2024) then Vinnie would be in the mix. However 40 points gives different options and a different mix of riders. I dane't know who else he has in mind?
  2. Danny Ford states in local Echo today it was simply a 'numbers game' that meant Vinnie couldn't be fitted in.
  3. It'll be ok, microphones don't weigh too much!πŸ˜‰
  4. Isn't Vinnie's girlfriend based in the North? So not surprised he wanted to go.....!
  5. Yes but Worky swooped in under Plymouth's nose and stole him away!!🀣 nowhere near a number 1 yet.
  6. Never been a journo. Merely Marketing Sales Promotion and Senior Management!! - and not on the club's pr list!πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‡ 'It's not what you know'...........!
  7. Although some riders may be named before the end of November, there is a sponsors evening planned for Sat 7th December so expect at least one announcement then!πŸ˜‰
  8. I find all this riveting reading, but what does it have to do with Poole 2025??
  9. All with the assistance of the Poole management!! As stated at the time....πŸ˜€
  10. As soon as a rider agrees his contract then he starts looking for/talking with potential sponsors/mechanics etc. If potential sponsors aren't sure about a rider then they are likely to ask around other sponsors which is one way the whispering starts.
  11. Just for accuracy it was Leicester who struggled with accepting dates. Poole offered plenty!Moving on..........
  12. They use the final 2024 averages on the BSPL website less any % deductions for British riders
  13. Go to Poland then!! Poole arent riding in the PL on Wednesdays! It's a cup match......! And its still only a provisional acceptance of the Prem invitation
  14. The target - as this season - is for all league fixtures to be completed by 31st August, with September for play-offs and remaining BSN and KO Cup fixtures. That would have been achieved this year but for rain-offs, eg Poole completed their league programme and then had to wait for others to sort their remaining fixtures out. The big drawback to that is the same few successful clubs all meet each other in successive weeks in Sept/Oct. So imo the BSN and/or KO Cup fixtures should all be completed by June/July. However priority was given to league fixtures being completed first......
