  1. But Swindon didn't appeal it!! Rosco was quite happy for Kurtz to race and said so publicly. My issue is that a rider and/or a promotion is out of pocket - if only for travelling expenses - because the authorities didn't act quickly enough!!
  2. With the line-ups for the 2 British semi-finals announced today, does that mean that Rory Schlein counts as one of Wolves Brits?! ;-)
  3. Surely the point is not the time of the day but why it took til raceday to confirm/announce the ruling when the team line-up inc. Kurtz, was advised 72 hours previously??!
  4. Hougaard's GSA after 3 meetings is 8.53 compared to his starting assessed CMA 8.70. The team total is currently 37.88 according to the BSPA list.
  5. You don't know that for fact though do you?! Its only fan opinions and conjecture based on various possibilities and options.
  6. Absent 2-5, I think you'll find!? ;-)
  7. 6.00 from 3 meetings. All the current averages are on the BSPA website under SGB Premiership averages.
  8. If a rider has ridden insufficient qualifying meetings his average might be reassessed by the MC as his actual average from last season??!! example - Davey Watt 5.40 instead of 7.56!!? Adam Ellis 5.60 instead of 7.69?! Thoughts
  9. Very pleased with a point cos I didn't think we'd get one. Kurtz brought his own 'Australia's Got Talent' to the Rye raceway on Saturday evening. Hans - a bit upset with his own scores but pleased with the team point. (He last rode Rye House back in 2005!!)
  10. Not just on here. Both the Somerset and Swindon promotions weren't clear about it - nor were they aware that the Danish Championships weren't FIM-affiliated!!!
  11. Surprised it was not advised until Brady was in the pits. It was announced he was guesting on Wednesday last so why wait until he'd travelled?! (And yes a Poole fan commenting about a Poole rider on a Poole thread!!! Strange that ain't it!!??)
  12. Brady blocked from guesting at Somerset tonite!!!!??
  13. After whats happened at Somerset tonite with Brady Kurtz being refused permission to guest for Hougaard, then it'll be interesting to see if BWD is allowed to ride?! These rules really must be clarified and confirmed.
  14. From the Somerset pits they are saying its the ' any rider missing from the 2-5 can only be covered by r/r' rule!!! Should be interesting at Rye House tomorrow then?!!
  15. I believe that rule has been amended. 18.10 I think. As long as the missing double-up rider is riding for his other club then a guest or r/r can be used. (Schlein for Riss at Leicester v Poole was the first instance I believe).
  16. I think thats a pretty fair statement from Horton - not going into any more detail about past issues and not 'pointing the finger'!!
  17. Don't think you signed Bomber or Nielsen - but still valid as guests, just saying!! BTW Klindt had the flu and was testing a new (3rd) engine for the UK.
  18. Poole choose Wilson-Dean to guest for Kerr, rather than r/r, on Saturday!! I guess 7 riders are better than 6 when some have not ridden the track either at all or for ages!!
  19. DHRs confirmation of his CMA (4.80) after the new 42 point team building limit is imposed, would seem to suggest that any 'new ' (currently unused) rider will not have their previous CMA affected by the 1.4 multiplier that started the season off under the 50 point team building limit.
  20. That's what 're-declaration' means ie making more than one change at the same time - or just changing one rider with a higher CMA but still under the team-building points limit! A single rider change can be 'like for like' as long as the incoming rider has the same or lower CMA than the rider he is replacing. That's why we are seeing a few rider changes now before the new CMAs kick in
  21. Within the rules it says that if a rider hasn't completed the necessary 4H/4A meetings then the BSPA can issue a revised CMA based on actual meetings ridden - if a team is seeking to redeclare!
