Never a case of going bust, just wanting to pay all bills on time. They don't do it just for fun do they? MF said at the time that costs were around 30% cheaper in Championship. Bearing in mind many costs are 'fixed' no matter what level of speedway we're in, the extra costs relate to riders and their deals!!

Any miscalculation may just as much be to do with the points limit rather than any rider's average. Like last year the points limit was discussed and provisionally 'agreed' prior to AGM. Clubs began to put together their teams.Then various promotions changed their minds and a different, lower limit was voted in!!

But what if its 38 point limit?

They weren't guesting for Redcar nor any one else in the KO Cup as far as I know. Wright would be the obvious choice with his Oxford connection.
