https://speedwayekstraliga.pl/spolka-ekstraliga/regulaminy/ This is a link to the Polish Extraleague Riders 2018 Professional Speedway Contract, duly translated by Google. Although open to misunderstanding, to me Clause 7.4 makes provision for a rider to race in a 4th league!!!?

Finally!!!!
-
Poole didn't 'push for Mondays/Wednesdays' - they only suggested it when 2 of the 3 Championship Thursday tracks threatened to pull out and not to run!!! Tail wagging the dog yet again in British speedway.
-
Lack of stadium availability on Tuesdays for clubs that share facilities.
-
Poole are at home on Good Friday!!!
-
It can vary depending who the opposition is, whether there is TV and what sort of hospitality the sponsor may want. It also depends on what the sponsor may want in return?! I'm sure if you give the office a call, MF would be happy to outline the options.
-
Very pleased tonight. Deal done with MF. Only 4 meetings left available to sponsor and guess what I've got - last season's champions in August!!
-
Best thread since sliced bread!!!
-
If it went to a tribunal then all sides would have to agree to abide with the decision or face the Association/Bureau/ACU penalty!!
-
Aah you should have bought the loaf!! I could have sent you a box of matches.....!!
-
I do but holiday already booked and paid for as I always try to grab a week away before the team fixtures begin!! I suppose I could buy a table for friends and family in my absence, but I'm not that flush at the moment having paid for 3 season passes, a sponsored meeting and a few other bits and pieces as usual!!
-
Club would have its Promoter licence suspended and be fined if an agreed tribunal transfer fee is not paid!
-
Must be a Poole/Swindon thing!!!
-
If there's a real problem with Sam's injury, I'm sure Piotr Pawlicki would be here like a shot on his reassessed 7+ point average!!
-
Speedway riders have to have a lot of bottle to race at full gas at a young age. Morris got his bottle when he was much younger!!
-
Not only did they object but 2 of the clubs even threatened not to run if they had to lose their Thursday race day!!
-
I'm not sure that anyone else would want to loan him in future years so a sale now might well be better business - especially as MF has already publicly stated he may well sell a couple of assets to help 'balance his books' from last year!!
-
If true, then I guess its down to how much Jensen is prepared to pay for him as Matt will be wanting decent dosh rather than just a loan fee!!
-
I fail to see what is difficult for some to understand about fixed race nights. Whichever night is selected as the 'preferred' night, all clubs will have some home meetings on either night during the season (with Swindon also on some Thursdays). Some weeks it may be a Monday, other weeks a Wednesday!! Crikey, its not rocket science!! (Unless you're at Rye House of course - you see what I did there?!)
-
What I'm paying to be out of the country that week would more than pay for a whole table plus champagne!!!!!
-
As its the 70th Anniversary Dinner then I suppose £70 per head would be more apt - but lets not forget all the costs of the riders and guests the like of Tony Rickardsson and Mark Loram etc have to be covered. The function room at AFC Bournemouth only has a maximum Dinner capacity of 250, so as the announcement says - it won't take long to sell out. I guess the knack of ensuring your attendance is to know one of the clubs many sponsors!!? Its a shame I'm out of the country that week and will miss both the meeting on 23rd and the Dinner, otherwise my £80 would have been in the post today!!
-
Yep. Poole v Somerset home and away Good Friday. Currently SGBP but could be KO Cup?!
-
Just as well Brady rides the UK tracks a lot better then - as his higher average proves. I seem to remember Rohan couldn't hack it as a Number 1 and had to settle for a 6.18 2nd string role!!!
