  1. Well done to the Comets, much better on the day. Ian Brannan can go home Happy.
  2. Stream purchased. I hope I make it to 6pm in this 31° heat.🤣
  3. You could blame Edinburgh. They asked for their visit to Poole to be moved forward from 23rd to 16th July. Poole were happy to accommodate their request.
  4. New Championship fixture Poole v Workington Weds 23/07/25. That's pretty much 2 meetings (H&A) every week for the next month.
  5. Probably due to the extreme heat forecasted mid afternoon.
  6. Showing one Officer - Andrew Bain, Director.
  7. It could be Thursday as the first 7-day suspension began on Friday 27/6.
  8. The current suspension ends Friday.
  9. Could say the same about the football club!?
  10. Foresight, money and 'knowing the right people'!!😉
  11. So when the Gaming Int. greyhounds were still in operation then?! G.I. (Stadia uk) have had the lease since 1995, when Stewkesbury and Ansell were running the speedway.
  12. Good to see at least Vinnie is getting some track time as a Prem guest tomorrow.
  13. Only assuming sufficient crowd numbers would attend!!?
  14. Let's not forget Pirates have hefty stadium rental costs which neither Glasgow nor King's Lynn have, so it's always about balancing the books. Incidentally Danny Ford is quoted in the local Echo that he was very pleased with the track v Glasgow after all the work that he and the track staff put in. (NB. Don't shoot the messenger, simply quoting from the local newspaper)!😃
  15. Probably couldn't agree a fixture date!!🤣
  16. Pete's funeral was on23rd June at Bournemouth Crematorium. His wake - by special arrangement - was at Poole Stadium. R.I.P. Pete
  17. Scott said in his interview the shoulder felt almost ready but he would give it everything over a few laps and wait to see what the reaction was to the injury. He reiterated he may not come back this season but will wait and see
  18. Interestingly race times were only around one second slower than usual. Slick or grippy, smooth or rough, wet or dry, teams should be used to all conditions surely?!
  19. Yeah but Tigers were crap at Ashfield too.🤣
  20. ...as well as some stadium staff that work at both!!
  21. So I see Will Cairns has his first Premiership guest booking at Sheffield tomorrow!!
