  1. Brennan doesn't appear to be listed in the Gdansk 1-7.
  2. Yes the Poole A&E is still fully functioning whilst Bournemouth hospital is revamped and enlarged for 2025. Even then Poole Hospital will have a 24 hour Emergency unit - albeit smaller than currently.
  3. If only every speedway club had full control over their track and stadium!!
  4. Neither are the bar prices! The only income to the speedway club is from admissions, programme sales and advertising, banner ads and sponsorship.
  5. Cook was only ever a temporary injury cover for Kerr, so as soon as Kerr was fit again, Cook became a 'free agent'!
  6. Kerr back for Oxford Spires in Premiership. Craig Cook completes his 28 day cover and moves to Leicester, replacing Drew Kemp at reserve?!!! Not sure what any of that means for the Pirates v Bandits fixture, but hey ho!!
  7. Unless he gets his actual GSA after Berwick on Wednesday and it's higher than Sam's 4.33?
  8. So getting back on track.....with the new June averages now out Poole will have a slightly different riding order at Plymouth. Although its possible Tobias may get his actual average after Wednesday's home meeting v Berwick? If so, I'm not sure when it will become effective.
  9. As long as track prep and weather are similar to last couple of weeks then I can't see the Bandits getting close 54-36
  10. 58 points from 6 riders! Not bad tonight. Can't understand how IRR was able to be used for Covatti? Clearly not fit to race yet as he inferred in interview - stretched his stitches and couldn't turn the bike easily. Maybe it's Plymouth merely getting the sympathy vote?!
  11. July 4th?! Its a Thursday - been there , done it, don't like it.
  12. I'm sure Poole will do their utmost to further assist Plymouth by delaying the fixture until Covatti is fully fit!!
  13. Local paper (Echo) says Covatti rides at 1 tomorrow for Plymouth - assuming it's not rained off!?
  14. If the racing is good but home losses become too regular then attendances drop. There were some good races and some processional on Wednesday - a similar mix at most tracks I suggest - and the result/scoreline got excellent regional media coverage with most in the crowd going home happy and looking forward to next week's meeting vs Plymouth.
  15. Why make someone who is not extrovert and chatty and has a complex character, the team captain? Also if home domination makes for 'poor entertainment', why do Poole's larger than most attendances seem more than happy and keep coming back?
  16. I think thats why Plymouth have switched to Saturdays, except for GP weeks!
  17. Agree 100%. Good to get 'Sweet Caroline' back after heat 14 though! Great music choices by SGP DJ Karlito I thought too. Using 'Like a Virgin' after Batch's first win was genius.
  18. For reference there were 11 heat wins of 60.0o secs or quicker, 58.65 in heat 5 by Tom Brennan the fastest. Great track prep by Terry the Track (Happy Birthday BTW Terry).
  19. Wow heat 11 already and still waiting for Worky to turn up!! So poor compared to last night.
  20. Except for his pre-meeting opinion as to what the best gates would be..........!! Otherwise spot on.
  21. Depends on how many rolling starts he (and Batch!) gets away with?! Hope the ref, Mr Carrington is on the ball this evening! After watching the Plymouth/Worky meeting last night, Pirates will need their gating gloves on. 49-41 I reckon.
