So December 7th (BSPL AGM) is deadline day!!

It seems from the update in Speedway Star that Panthers are going for the 'Dad's Army' approach again!

So its confirmed the AGM is on 7th December - the deadline for Brummies and Kent to declare. Its primarily to cover any financial and last minute issues as all the team building points/rules & regs etc have already been agreed amongst promotions.

Maybe there is nothing to say...........?!

Why not approach Troy Deeney or any of the other Birmingham City players to sponsor a meeting or two. What Brummies (and most other clubs) need to break even is simply pocket money to most footballers at Championship level or higher and seeing a soccer player's name linked to a speedway club could even attract a few more spectators.

The latest (and last so far except for any Eastbourne adjustments) is issue 23 dated 29th October and effective 1/11/21. Although this doesn't have any actual averages for the Rising Star riders - merely listing where in their teams 1-7 they fit!! Obviously for 2022 any British riders will also have the 2.5% reduction for team building.
