  1. So some more overnight rain but now some sunny weather and a brisk breeze. Expecting some light showers during today but hopefully clear during early evening until around 9.30pm. COYP

  3. With the 'official' statement today from Premiership CEO Phil Morris, does this mean 'Arry will only be working at/for Premiership clubs? OR is it really a ploy to put pressure (financial or otherwise) on his local club,Poole to move to the Prem??😉

  6. I thought he was 78! His contacts (however old) in Professional Football and Horse Racing should be a valid opportunity to develop some serious financial partnerships. Both those sports are 'swimming in money', littered with sponsorships and are also 'media-savvy'. Should be interesting......

  9. The Directors of Speedway Futures Ltd are Neil Clayton (whose background seems to be mainly as an Insurance Broker), Rob Godfrey, Chris Louis and Rob Painter. They are a wholly-owned company of BSPL. Registered address is ACU house, Rugby!!!

  15. Maybe Bears 'fans' should read Gavin Parr's comments on FB agreeing with the decision to call it off early. It saved the cost of an overnight hotel for the team south of Oxford which he was able to cancel as riders hadn't started to travel!!
  16. Tonight is Off. Rearranged for NEXT Tuesday 16th September. It'll suit those preferring the Serbia v England footie on TV or those looking forward to an evening in the rain watching Poole Town FC!!!!
