I believe season ticket applications for all clubs will not be available til after the AGM on 7th December when it will (hopefully) be clearer as to which teams will be taking their League place in 2022 and therefore how many fixtures the season ticket will cover.
So this Lawson story which supposedly 'originated' via a link on a Polish website, has now very quickly disappeared into the ether, no doubt from whence it came!!
From this week's Speedway Star it seems Ryan Douglas is seeking a midweek Championship team to compliment his Premiership and Polish 2nd Div fixtures!!
So its confirmed the AGM is on 7th December - the deadline for Brummies and Kent to declare.
Its primarily to cover any financial and last minute issues as all the team building points/rules & regs etc have already been agreed amongst promotions.
Why not approach Troy Deeney or any of the other Birmingham City players to sponsor a meeting or two. What Brummies (and most other clubs) need to break even is simply pocket money to most footballers at Championship level or higher and seeing a soccer player's name linked to a speedway club could even attract a few more spectators.
