Lets not forget streaming is primarily for away fans so that clubs still get an income stream.
I would think that the BSN service as well as any individual club streams (as Edinburgh last season) will have a block put on them within a specified distance from the home track!!
Fairly sure Keleher finished the 2021 season on only 4.05, looking at plymouth's (issue 24) averages. Interesting that he's not been 'snapped up' anywhere else??

As stated previously for a successful Championship its to nobody's advantage for there to be overtly weak teams in the league.
So the official statement on Britishspeedway.co.uk states that LR is in discussions with his chosen 3 riders and just needs to get various things in writing (presumably signed and sealed?) before announcing. He goes on to say that Neilsen and Morris at reserve will probably be the strongest reserve pairing in the league!!
