My only criticism of the BSN coverage is that they should show some of the stadium atmosphere(music,announcements, interviews etc)rather than struggling to say something different every time it goes back to Comms or the Booth!! BTW Big congrats to Adam Roynon for his great comments about the Poole track and Stadium. It seems that all or certainly most of the riders - not just last night - liked the track as opposed to some of the keyboard warriors on here. PS. MPT should never have tried to compete. He was depriving another rider of a place in the final - or they could have used a guest.............!

It's £2.50 cash which goes to the stadium, not Poole Speedway. Knowing the stadium people they may well put it up for this evening!!

It'll be difficult to fit it in before the end of August cut-off with Redcar already scheduled for next Tuesday. Not that it will bother Glasgow too much.

Meeting called off just after 7pm due to unfit track!! Riders unhappy with soft patches going into turn 1.

Am I right in thinking there is nothing else on the track since last Tuesday's postponement? Asking for a friend....

The deadline is actually 28th August to be effective from 31st August. If it is Tungate I hope he's got the right visa?! Some of the Aussie visas only allow to compete in one league per country.

The quarter finals will give riders like Ben Cook the opportunity to keep riding. All the other Pirates have other meetings elsewhere to keep them sharp(ish)!!

Leicester did end Poole's long home unbeaten run 43-47 back in June when Dan Thompson top scored (11+2) from reserve. Thats not about to happen again.
