There is a 40mph limit on the section of M5 they are widening just north of Avonmouth (junction 20) same going back. Cameras there too

Recently for all the football play offs there has been a speed camera van parked on the gantry as you approach the toll booths. This area has recently had it's speed limit reduced to 50mph. Bewarned the bleeders may be there. (sorry posted in the other section before i saw this one!! )

Why is there a yellow and black helmet cover? Can understand the red, blue, white/green but why yellow and black Also, Why is the penultimate flag a yellow one with a black cross. The rest of them make sense.... If anyone knows....
