I reckon the promotion , because of the 'anti' Hall brigade,dont want to announce Richards appointment yet. And as for Ricky, I simply feel he is not completely comfortable about a return to Sheffield, due to some of the stick he took from some of the supporters last season, unfair stuck in my opinion.
