  1. Hougaard, North, Larsen and Fish should all increase their average, Linus and Kenny will be solid and Norbert could improve as he did last year. This team will win points away from home, and should be hard to beat at home again. Looking foward to the new season....
  2. Where did you get those figures from ? If Lakeside get an average 2500 plus gate to double that of P'boro, then they must have been wearing invisible clothing whenever i have been there..
  3. As long as you enjoy your speedway thats all that matters. I hope the Hammers have a good year, after 2012 you deserve it and then some. Must go, off to a seance now...
  4. Quite agree, some folk dont know the difference between riding and racing it seems .......
  5. Im sure Dak and P'boro will do whats best for his form. Did Nick ride in Poland last year ?
  6. Thats very unlikely, Panthers have built a team with no d/up riders for a reason. He also has the SGP qualifiers, as well as Poland. With no prem lge, he will be nice and fresh for the play offs
  7. Yes indeed, he is riding in Poland also. I would imagine that was a key factor in Dak going full time elite this year.
  8. The panthers policy of going with seven full time elite riders is looking a very wise move. Some teams will be using guest's from the off, which is far from ideal. The change in policy on d/up riders seems to be another change from the powers that be, which has not been thought thru at all. Yet another own goal from the bspa clowns.
  9. The elite lge has been watered down so much, you can hardly taste the flavour anymore.
  10. The BSPA have already ruled on Troy, he is available on a full transfer. Hans is cleared to go on loan.
  11. Probably waiting on doctors reports, hence the delay.
  12. 4000 for a loan, 8000 to buy [2nd bid] Surely it makes economical sense to buy, even if he moves to pastures new next year, the cost comes back with a loan fee from someone else. On the other hand, if i was Frostie, i would sit on Hans and keep raking in the loan fees from him. I think both clubs are thinking about this the wrong way round.
  13. I think Fish and Larsen will add more away, the last signing will be important in that respect. Could be a closer league this year, the key may well be the points won away from home for most clubs. Lets hope the sun shines in 2013.....
  14. So his tweet stating he had done a deal was a figment of everyones immagination
  15. Lets hope the real Kenneth Bjerre turns up this year, he's dynamite when at his best. Hopefully not being in the GP's will help focus his league form.
  16. Almost...one rider to go and 5.64 to play with, Hougaard seems favourite.
  17. Cant see how Tungate can possibly make the Poole meeting, unless he has a helicopter available.
  18. That is a strong rumour, and apparently the caravan only has one bed
  19. Lets hope the good friday meetings are repeated in the play offs grand final. It would be good having the elite's best two racing circuits feature in the final. Both teams look capable of being top four this year....
  20. Whoever it is, the team looks nice and solid this year, and not having D/UP riders is a wise move. Hougaard is rumoured to be the final piece in the jigsaw, but we will know soon according to the local rag.
  21. Looking at that, its not hard to understand why P'boro have decided to have no d/up riders. Some clever tactical guests will be the order of the day.
  22. Im afraid 'darling', your post is innacurate right from the start. This ardent ipswich fan watches his speedway at P'boro, so try again later when you have sobered up...
