  1. Not easy to work out without the fixture lists..I'll get back to you on that.
  2. Anyone who thinks that golf is all about 'belting a ball across a field' should consult the 60million golfers worldwide, and ask why they don't play on the pro tours against the tour professionals. The skill levels of a top tour professional golfer are beyond comprehension. Knocking other sports, just because speedway is of little or no interest to 99% of the British public, is not going to change the facts..
  3. And that post sums it all up perfectly, whether you like it or not..
  4. Tai was never in with a chance of making the top ten, the BBC would have been swamped with calls asking who he was. Deserving and reality are two separate issues im afraid. Speedway is a minority sport, such is life..
  5. Maybe Aljack got some things right, especially the Morten connection...
  6. 1. Worrall R. 8.64 2. Tungate 7.05 3. Risager 6.90 4. Heeps 6.74 5. Hawkins 3.96 6. Ellis 4.25 7. ????? up to 4.96... Presuming CL has not lost his mind regarding Adam, and presuming Morten is nailed on, 4.96 left...
  7. Yes to Worrall, but a huge no to Lanham at Boro. Kozza is a maybe for me, but your right about falling too often..
  8. Probably means Risager is nailed on now, although I really hope not. Rather have Doolan myself..
  9. Agree with everything you have said, especially the Morten bit...
  10. Not surprised if that is true. A good friend of mine sponsored Louis jnr one year for a considerable sum, and never got any thanks at all. A year later he got a call asking if he wanted to continue, and you can guess the answer. He and his family were lost to Ipswich speedway forever i'm afraid, and that's a shame. Fortunately, most speedway riders don't act like prima donnas though...
  11. R.WORRALL 8.64 R.LAWSON 8.28 R.TUNGATE 7.05 C.HEEPS 6.74 A.ELLIS 4.25 R.HAWKINS 3.96 S.WORRALL 3.00 41.92 WOULD EXPECT ALL THESE 7 TO INCREASE THEIR AVERAGE IN 2014..
  12. Good idea, but you would possibly have too many accidents with the lesser lights over riding to stay in front...
  13. Four heats with no heat leaders in the 'Elite' lge with the new race format. I presume the Prem lge wont be adopting this new format ? Can anyone confirm this pls...
  14. I agree with that Ray, and Boro have enough assets to track a very solid team in the premier lge..
  15. Absolutely agree, i'm not sure I would even go if that happened. Cant happen, surely not...
  16. I would like to see both Worrall's in the 2014 team if possible. A solid number one is vital in the Prem lge imo, and its always good to freshen up the side with new faces for supporters...
  17. Must agree, and surely these lads must have some say in where they ride, otherwise all the good intentions may do more harm than good..
  18. That's two of us WK, it looks like the stronger product to me...
  19. Rohan might struggle to get an Elite team next year, it seems unlikely he will be at Poole again. Cam on the other hand may be on someone's radar, as he is an improver on a decent average...
  20. Bit harsh on Dak, last year was his first in the Elite full time, increasing his average by nearly a point..
  21. Wont happen, never has and never will. Any money will go to the 'top boys' as it always does and always will. That's why the league is in a mess and will only get worse...
