The only difference is the Elite teams have one, or two in some cases, top line riders. Otherwise it's pretty close in quality, mainly because of so many double uppers. The Elite is still undoubtedly the strongest league, although the Premier does have some cracking race tracks which provide great racing. Both leagues will continue to have my support in 2014...

You can normally judge a society on how they treat their disadvantaged citizens. Thankfully, the majority do not share your opinion these days..
