I think we need to give these promoters more credit. Within hours of the points total being announced riders find themselves having a job having negotiated deals and held talks with different clubs in different countries, working out logistics etc, and promotors solve and finalise the teams so quickly! So impressive! Almost like they already know....

The BSPL shouldn't have to monitor track work because they have track curators that had to pass stringent checks in order to prepare tracks. Or did that never happen.... ?

It may be dry as in 'no rain' today but we have had rain every day for weeks so your always fighting a losing battle sadly. And it's not warm enough to dry it out sufficiently. But we all know this is what happens in October. Why people expect anything else is beyond me.
