The new promotion will get things right and wrong and for my money if the team is winning I don't give a toss what the programmes like.I cant believe people are slagging it off after 1 meeting.Give them a chance.How many times have the race cards had mistakes in them ? After seeing the team on sunday and being impressed with most of the performances I think the new promotion should be given our support.This team wont come cheap as previous ones have.Hopefully Taylor Poole and Simon Nielsen can get upto speed quickly and I think we should be fine.

Has anybody heard how the 2 lads are who were injured in the academy meeting in heat 2 ? Looked nasty.

We could still have got extra point if adam had partnered steady in heat 15,Its our first meeting and all the lads need 4 rides if possible.Taylor,simon and josh need the rides to get upto scratch.Good meeting and expected us just to edge it.We would have had extra point had ref seen what everybody else in the stadium saw when adam wasn't given 2nd in heat 6 !!!!! When Rob Godfrey said adam got it from the centre green then that's good enough for me.Good meeting.Well done all the team.

Hope that's all it is after last seasons injury crisis,looking forward to seeing him ride for us.

Anybody heard if Taylor Poole ok after crash last night at Ipswich ?

The idea is for the meeting to raise money for the airfence !!!!!!! So not covered with season tickets.

Makes sense to have Andre at 7 at home in my book too.I think the Poole/Lanham combo could be awesome once they get dialled in.Looking forward to an injury free season and a succesful one too.

Strange the way this has come about,Hoggy assembles the team then sacked !!!! The new promotion want to do things their way and rightly so as they have put the money in.I hope this wont divide the riders and management as it was hoggy who got them here in the first place.I feel the new set up would be better being truthfull with the supporters if they want our backing.Lets hope they've made the right decision.Good luck to the new management and team for the new season and thanks for hoggy putting the side together.Roll on march 27th.

Good night last night with some good interviews by nigel pearson,especially Sean Wilson an Doug Wyer.Interesting that dougy will be our gating coach,that should be a big help to our lads.Looking forward to the new season now.Suprised didn't see hoggy last night ater all hes done through the winter.

Glad its an individual,get all our lads involved with no pressure as a team to win first meeting.Looking forward to it.Then off to scunny following weekend for first away win.

Buying a season ticket is always a gamble.The more success we have the more meetings you get.Simple.If you want one ,get one.For me the main thing is we are running and have an exciting team.With a bit of look we could be top 6.If we get the track to suit our riders we will be on a winner.The new promotion wont get everything right but they need to be given a chance.Lets all give them a chance and see where we go this season.From most postings on here there seems to be a buzz around the new season starting so lets stop the nit picking and support then new promotors.Roll on march.

Great appointment with joe coaching and advising young riders but the key is them taking the advice,Weve seen in the past good young brits then they get ahead of themselves and go stale or leave the sport.Lets hope our youngsters take on board what he says and they reap the rewards.

Well done hoggy a team with potential.I think we need to use league cup to get our riders upto speed.With riders coming back from injury and others new to our track any favourable results we get will be a bonus.How many meeting can we expect andre at reserve ? Is the league cup going to count towards averages early season ? Good luck to all the team and lets hope for an injury free season.

Which Nielsen won top gun at Sheffield was it simon or Stefan ? Whats his average ? He looked ok.

Think it will be a young rider who pushes andre to reserve.That could make us very strong at reserve if andre gets set ups sorted from the off.Looking forward to march now.Barring injuries we could upset a few teams this season.

Lanhams had some good and bad meetings at Sheffield,when he gates he takes some catching and pooles a decent signing if he can return to form after missing last season.My main worry is how many riders weve got returning from injury or missing last season.On paper it looks a side capable of being up the top end and at least its being freshened up. I think we can use the cup matches to get back into the swing of things,if we qualify further its a bonus.Doing well in the league is the main aim.

I thought we might get full team announced and possibly the new owners today but they may be stretching it out if all paperwork not completed.Good luck to joe,at least he should be able to get a good team spirit in the camp.Hopefully Lanham and Compton and hopefully the aussie announced next..Looks like might get andre at reserve !!! That would be a big plus.Looks quite solid if that's the team.

screen would make interesting manager.Dont think we getting morris so bit disappointed.Expect lanham to be in and an aussie who didn't ride here last year.compton expected to be back so should be better than last year.Look forward to tomorrows announcement.

Lets hope for some good news this week.Hope the morris deal happens.We need 3 good heat leaders with some useful back up.Fixtures can be switched,its the norm now in speedway with all the doubling up and down we have.

He only goes well at Sheffield when its slick and by the sounds of it we are having it grippy this year.!!!
