Cracking meeting Thursday with some great racing,hope we can keep it up Bellego was awesome in 13 and 15 while steady and andre were immaculate.Well done lads.

I think I would have just switched andre and bellego personally and leave ash and ty together.!!!!!

We need to keep our run going tonight,if all the lads fire we could get round the 55 mark hopefully.I think proctor needs a big score to boost his confidence.Hes just had 2 bad years and it would be nice to see him get back to where he was a few seasons ago,a number 1 rider.Good luck to all the lads tonight.

Another good result and team performance.The acid test is sunday at Newcastle with them winning at Redcar.Small rough track not a good hunting ground for us in the past.Good luck to the lads .

Good start for the tigers.well happy with the performance.Steady was top draw,andre,ash,david good value,josh looks a lot more steady on the bike,sissis needs more track time but looks like he could be a good asset later in the season. I think we should be patient with him.Ty hope fully will get back to his best,looked a bit out of shape on occasions.On the whole an impressive start,lets hope it continues.

Did Arthur sissis ride today ?

Isnt he another one that misses meetings through long track tho ? I think without having a list of available riders on or around taylors average Kurtz would be the option for me !!!!

Not sure about andres fitness and how the crash will affect him.Garrity would be good value,but I think proctor and Kurtz,if hes available would be a decent signing.We will have to wait and see.Just hope its not going to drag on much longer.

Does anybody know if weve got a date when ty proctor visa issue is likely to be sorted ?

He was making good progress with us this year after a slow start before he got injured again.Serious injuries have held him back.I would take him back next year providing he makes the criteria.

Im not arguing he should be given a work permit as he doesn't make the criteria,my point is we let plenty into this country who have no intention of working.I still think he had a good case with his injuries and I think he would have upped his average significantly.Any way we now have to move on wether its andre or not .Good luck to the promotors sorting a replacement.

Big blow so near to start of season.Has Ty proctor got his ? Its a shame that Taylor wants to come here to entertain and work for his money not just come for all the freebies we dish out to all and sundrie who have no intention of getting a job !!!!!!!!! Does Todd Kurtz fit ?

I think that once Arthur settles in to his new surroundings.new work shop.new team mates e.t.c. we will probably be able to judge the lad.If he reads some of the comments on here then that wont do his confidence any good.It may take all season before we reap any benefits from him as hes not seen most of the tracks.Barring any injury I think it would be fairer to judge him 3 months into the season and if hes poor then look to change him.I know everybody has their favourites but if we are looking to expand our assets then we have to take a gamble.Ben and andre can count themselves unlucky not to be back in our team but obviously nobody else rates them outside Sheffield or they would have been snapped up !!! If the other 6 Sheffield riders ride to their potential it will take pressure off Arthur and let him ease himself into life in the premier league.Apparently he hasn't rode 500 cc before or rode team speedway before so it will be interesting how he fares.Good luck to the lad and I hope he will be a success.

The Morans were the best weve had at Sheffield for team riding,pure quality.I would like to see our new team trying a bit of team riding next season.

Don't think ash is keen on going at no.2 though.!!!!

What will our riding order be next season ? 1 Steady 2 Poole 3 Birksy 4 Proctor 5 Bellego 6 Bates 7 Sissis . Bellego and Proctor could switch for away meetings and reserves could switch too.

A good solid looking side with plenty of potential.Well done to the promotion.Its all down to the riders to perform.Bit worried about the smaller tracks when we go there but if we can rack up big scores at home then nobody will want to draw us in the play offs.Role on march.

After the flurry of signings I was expecting Proctor to be named this week.If theres a problem with signing him I wonder if Todd Kurtz would be worth a risk ? Or is there any better options out there ?
