Good win tonight not the best racing. Carried 2 passengers but got away with it. Bachelor back to normal so if he stays we’ve got no chance in the play offs. Could we get smolinski in as a replacement? And possibly give Ben cook a chance at reserve

These changes favour Belle Vue I think Potentially makes them stronger. We need all our boys on form tonight or it could be an away win

As I said on another post why not just be open with the fans and give the real reason. Promotors would be more respected

I can’t see why the stadium is not available to be honest. We have dogs speedway and stock cars !!! Thursday night for speedway !!!! It would be more appreciated if they said why it’s not available instead of the statement of unavailable!!!! It takes the pee to be honest and treats fans badly. Just be honest and say we’ve switched the fixture and for what reason. Can’t be that difficult can it ????? It’s totally disrespectful to the fans and they wonder why crowds are down !! Just be honest it’s not that hard ????

Don’t know about tens of thousands but I’m flexible where as some of my mates can’t be I think when you’ve been going to speedway for donkeys years nothing surprises you. I’ve come to expect the unexpected now so it doesn’t surprise me any more even tho it’s a pain. I think the riders let the public down on our last visit but I’m not a rider so what do I know. It’s easier to follow football as fixtures hardly ever change and I know next month I will be back in Ipswich as scheduled back in June when the fixtures came out

Glad he was practicing but when Danyon went out on his own he would have been better with steady coaching him where to ride or someone showing him the lines to ride now we’ve signed him

Good win tonight Harris and king rode well for Ipswich Don’t think cook would have scored what Bomber got. All round team performance from the Tigers. Good to see Bachelor amongst the points. Let’s hope he’s turned the corner. Well done Bach.

Bomber guesting for Cook strengthens Ipswich. Should be a good meeting with Crump leading the witches. Hoping to see a big improvement from mr bachelor tonight now he’s getting plenty of bike time. It will be nice to welcome our British champion home too. Good luck to the Tigers

To be fair to Buster he worked his ass off to get the track something like to no avail. I can see why he’s upset but then you’ve got rider safety. To most of the public the track looked raceable but what do we know.

Has anybody heard if Adam Ellis and Jorgensen are riding tonight. ? I’ve not seen anything to suggest either way.

Kyle rode very well aswell. Shame he had the fall. He seems more aggressive this year and I think that might be because his shoulder is stronger and he’s not trying to protect it as much as he had previously. Hope both lads keep up their form for the rest of the season.

Thought polish league finished next weekend so we can sign a rider next week

It’s been rumoured for last 2-3 weeks and he was in the pits at Kings Lynn Apparently we’ve been after Nils Kristian Iversson but that’s fell through because of injury so looks a good chance he will be coming in.

We’ve rode with 6 riders most meetings

Flint won them the match beating howarth in heat 14 basically. Similar to the point Anders Rowe got for us the other week. Think holder is favourite to get the spot by all accounts (word on the terrace). I’m impressed with Hume I remember him from top gun meeting and he stood out then.

Pickering has been brilliant since he came in and his performance at kings Lynn was awesome.The effort that lad put in last night is the level I expect from all 7 riders as a given. If you get beat by the better team then fine but when you are carrying a heat leader every meeting then we won’t get a sniff of winning the play offs. In his previous race when he hit the kerb on the last corner showed his desire and aggression to get an extra point. This effort is well respected by the sheffield fans. Even some wolves fans applauded his heat 10 exploits. A big mention to the former Ipswich lads Hume and Nielsen really putting big efforts in home and away
