Based upon results obtained in all other professional Speedway leagues and given an Assessed MA accordingly."

Where did it say 3.47? That would be his 2022 Championship Green Sheet divided by 1.5. I'm guessing if a Prem team signed him now, it would be his current Championship Green Sheet divided by 1.5, which is 3.67.
