  1. proctor had a day trip to rhyl whilst he was over here, so qualifies as welsh.
  2. I would love to see ty proctor back, and would also settle for kyle howarth, but with the points we have left what about 1. david bellego.... would give us a strong 3rd heat leader at home with his scores around owlerton which would leave room for a name not previously mentioned. 2. james wright.... who would score 6+ around owlerton once he got dialled in.
  3. zak wajknecht is going to whoever offers him the best deal, cos he`s hot property, I don't think rob is going to break the bank over a 3pointer. adam ellis is not a 3pointer either,
  4. I would settle for bellego and rosen. may be a gamble, but then a change of track could benefit him, and is used to riding in the second string position.
  5. I will settle for steady dropping a point off his average. 9.40 would still take some beating as top man in the league, then if we need to make changes we have a point to play with.
  6. I think you might have him mixed up with den perry from phoenix nights.
  7. bailey is a good stylish exciting rider who im sure the EWR would suit his style.
  8. I really hope it works out for Richard but got to admit I have my reservations, one the most exciting riders to ever wear a tigers jacket and worth the admission money alone, but fast forward to 2016 and not too sure about him after what hes done over the last 2 seasons, but if he can get his mojo back he should be able to score 6/7 at home every week, away form may be his downfall, on the plus side if he does get that mojo back some teams could be in for a hammering around owlerton. the way the team is shaping up assuming steady signs, I would take david bellego and emil grondal to fill the last 2 spots, that would be an entertaining team at home.
  9. finalise the team off with auty, Compton, wilko, and a 3 pointer, and that would be exciting around the EWR.
  10. maybe one of these could be matej kus, who wants to leave redcar, and they have received enquiries from 2 clubs, so maybe.
  11. well if steady isn't going to ride in 2016 how about this line up for a tilt at the title. 1. grajzonek 2. bates 3. fisher 4 . bellego 5. garitty 6. sissis 7. greaves
  12. according to the bspa site Jason has an average of 8.88 and josh is coming in at 5.86.
  13. will be very surprised if we chose to go with steady and Jason, which wouldn't leave many points to play with, and almost guarantee places for Arthur and paco, the questions are a) would steady want to/be fit enough to make a return b)would Jason want to double up
  14. good luck champ wherever he decides to ride. if its not with us, so be it, scunny not to far for him and he does know the way around there.(maybe)
  15. well he looked damn quick out there on his own, thanks for that.
  16. does anybody know who the guy was who was flying round having an after meeting spin?
  17. I hope not, I like to know in advance what raceday we are using, not chopping and changing to a different day every week just to satisfy sky or because half of the opposing team are unavailable(sorry panthers fans, didn't mean to bring that up)
  18. I would give it a rest now lewy, youre embarrassing yourself lad. another good meeting at the EWR where the best TEAM won in the end. from another neutral point of view
  19. what drives the fans away is seeing uncompetitive racing,(e.g. teams packed with nl guests) good luck to the scorps hoping to make it over for this one, im sure our 2 tigers will be giving their all for you, never mind where Ipswich finish it should be about where scunny finish, finish the season off with a win and send em home happy.
  20. good luck to rob and the scoprions in the remaining fixtures and I hope crowds improve at what is THE best racing track in the country, you deserve it, from a Sheffield fan.
  21. so we have 2 up and coming british riders in bates and garrity and people want to knock their willingness to race, not just ride but actually race, then these are the people that actually praise and rave about the inclusion of a 3 point swede at the start of the season, which if the powers that be had any hankering to the future of british speedway would not have allowed to fill up a team space along with the likes of konopka and barrett. lets give british speedway back to the brits and lets get behind our british lads when they take to the track.
  22. Newcastle fans - its no use slagging off the guests(doolan and wilko) when they both outscored your number one, poor showings on the road could be a lot to do with not having a genuine number one. tigers though were on fire tonight, top performances from bates, bellego, andre, ash and Jason.
  23. you need to get out more and give your keyboard a rest, maybe watch some local cricket and listen to the accents. anybody with an ounce of intuition will know im not going to grass up teams by naming them..
  24. thanks for that arson, but they only cover county cricket and minor counties cricket, not ecb premier and local leagues, im sure the border agencies would have a field day looking at these lower standards of the game. the situation which has arisen with proctor does the sport in general no credibility at all.
