Shame that Glyn. You did a fantastic job under sometimes very difficult circumstances.
-
I was pi$$ed off about that. That money could have built a good speedway stadium.
-
Are you still pi$$ed from new years eve?
-
They're cheap to insure because they are cheap cr@p. My neighbour got knocked of his a few years ago when the bike was a month old. The insurance company wrote it off and paid him 30 quid for it.
-
Are you sure about that?
-
Doesn't that just prove he's a bully and prepared to use blackmail to get his own way?
-
You couldn't be further from the truth. Szymon would happily ride in England next year if he was offered a good enough deal. He would have been happy to stay at Leicester if it was better organised behind the scenes.
-
Or you could just look at your TV or various other sources of speedway news where the Gerhard engine has been featured and possibly notice it looks nothing like a GM.
-
Have you not got eyes?

About 303 give or take a few years.

What would be the point of any company being suppliers for parts if factories just sold stuff out of the back door?

34mm is the maximum size allowed now and was introduced sometime in the '80s if I remember correctly. Nothing to stop riders using smaller carbs and a 28mm insert can work well on small, slick tracks. The problem with the 28mm insert is that it makes initial power delivery a bit savage as the torque curve alters drastically.
-
Works well in Sweden.
-
My jockey last year was running a system that retarded the ignition when it saw 12000 rpm. Perfect for slick track starts and as the torque curve tends to die off at around 10500 rpm there was no danger of it kicking in during a race.

You ever seen a stock car meeting? Plenty of cars finish with punctures. Why try and fix a problem that is only a problem to vociferous minority?
-
Different grades of soil waste from other building sites was being offloaded. Each load was logged at the gatehouse as different grades of soil waste were priced differently.
-
Well they would get out of the majority of the the fiction you just posted by supplying the records of what was tipped there. Each lorry was logged in at the gatehouse with a record of what it was delivering.
-
Maybe if you actually started to learn about all that other stuff then you might enjoy the sport more. It works for other fans of motor sports.
-
Yeah that'll be great when it's all bent and distorted after track preparation equipment and stockcars have been over it......
-
And until the new promotion team is in place, who is going to update the website?
-
WHSmiths?

Speedway Riders - Employment Status?

A riders BSPA contract ends on October 31st so how does that remain an asset? -
You really are thick. What do you think competition is about?
-
The costs of registering the club in the EL is higher than for the PL or NL. There is also a £50000 bond to lodge with the BSPA for EL clubs. If I remember correctly insurance for each heat is also higher in the EL than the PL.
