The problem here is you make accusations about people /riders without any proof so why do you have a problem with the suggestion you should find out if your comments have ANY truth in them FIRST ? I cannot understand your issue with my suggestion .GET some facts man or you have no credibility . "We pay their wages " means in your vocabulary " Jack sh*t . Come back when you have proof that your ramblings have some justification Old Bash .

No ,you find out for yourself but I doubt you have the things to face the riders with your questions ,have you ? Take away all your fun and have no one to slag of . But I know you ,there are that many like you ! Lol . Nerve touched I think .

WHY is it that you moan and slag the team off come to conclusions which are probably wrong ,but you wont go and give the people you are targeting the chance to answer your questions . I DO go and watch in the pits when we supporters are allowed and talk to riders when the opportunity presents itself and because of this I know some of the answers to the questions you have . Bash , you seem agitated about what riders are doing or not after reading this post . You have arrived at conclusions by yourself which may not be justified . I for one would like to know the answer's to the questions you pose as I'm sure many supporters would . I therefore ask you to go and ask your questions of the riders themselves at the next Witches meeting you travel to , ( maybe today's ) and report back on this forum what they say by name so we all know ! you are right badlyman I am something to do with Ipswich , I've enjoyed watching the speedway team for a good few years as a supporter , yes maybe a parent but the rider would be 45 lol . So I take it that if a supporter is not slagging their team of they must be an insider HAHAHA . I prefer to encourage and give benifit of doubt ,life is to short .Good meeting though you must agree ? Or not ? . Bloody hell what must I be now .lol

Heat eight started with four riders I believe ,you cannot criticise the others for finishing . Think Ritchie's involvement in the fans forum motivated him in to some form for next Monday .lol

Starter for ten ,it was a great and exiting meeting ,good entertainment . The difference was Ritchie Worral end of . People criticise our reserves and yes few more points would be welcome but there was only one point between both sets of reserves tonight and nobody can say they didn't put the effort in ,well done Paco and Ollie for effort ,should think Greenwood must be black and blue tonight . Couple of points between the teams ,another night could of been the other way round . I say well done both teams for great entertainment ,keep it up Witches we are getting there .

. There is only one way to find out Star Lady but my bet is they would jump at the chance ,maybe faces don't fit ?

This is a joke , no wonder British speedway is viewed the way it is . I would guess there are a few good British lads feeling insulted at the moment the way they have been over looked as replacements for injured riders . I have nothing against lads getting experience but there are good lads out there who have been waiting for the call for a few years now .

. Yes I do think riders " come on here " and yes I think they DO care and I think they try their hearts out . we all have an opinion Bluepanther , I try to be positive were I can ,good riders don't go bad over night ,we need to continue to support them imo .

I agree with Chris , the team on paper should kick arse but for what ever reason it just ain't happening at the moment . I think the team rely to much on Danny ,Morton and Nico need to step up more to give Danny better support Lewis looks to be trying his heart out on the jawa think If he was on a GM it may give him more confidence , James always tries his heart out and imo would benefit from a spell at number 6 , Paco , who couldn't like Paco but it's that Jawa thing again imo , he needs to step up to a 4 plus , Greenwood has only just arrived so encourage the lad he was unlucky to be excluded at EOESG he is doing what it says on the tin 3.00 . The whole team needs encouragement , slating them of puts more pressure on them and is not welcome I'm sure . Support the lads they will come good l recon !

. No worries mate , I support all our young riders and I also say it as I see it . Thing is if you spend a few minutes and look at riders who started well in there career but then lost it for what ever reason but after a while started to regain their form again there are sooo many , Simon and Tom for example went through difficult times but came back after a while .

If you look at the problems he's had over the past 12 months I think he is doing fine , sometimes lads can do no right in some peoples eyes , Emil was to be the new star when he came last year and yer man beat him. Young Stokes was on the pace he has experience at a big track and possibly 3-4 years ahead of Greenwood in age . As you said he did his job and he was on the pace ,thought he beat Paco in heat 2 . You New era may know more about the game than me but that's what I saw and to come back from the injuries he has had in his young career I think he is doing well .Credit were Credit is due , we should encourage not be negative towards our young riders imo.

Ollie Greenwood did well yesterday ,thought he got second in heat two ,did well in heat 14 to beat Emil . Number 7 change seems to be working . keep it up young man ! Well done the Witches ,bought a smile to my face !

The facility my not be as available as you suggest old sparky ,, weather not been the best up there either . I'm sure the lads would like a few practise sessions . Most work as well as ride speedway also don't forget .

Well done Young Ollie , you will be fine once you get used to the track . Rome wasn't built in a day !

Credit were credit is due ,I think Jason Pipe is doing a great job not only for Buxton but for the sport in general .

I agree with the Scotsman . I have my thoughts the same as everyone else some of which I post on here but continually enthusiastically advocating were to improve the team and continually naming names in a derogatory way turns into slagging off which is counter productive . But anyway carry on and we may lose a few more.

I am on the side of the Panthers Team, New era . There are ways and means of doing things behind the scenes without slagging riders off who may not then give there best for our Panthers team . So its best to sort things on the QT in my opinion. The comment you make regarding your work situation is a bit simplistic, we all struggle at times when trying to give our best and sometime need a little support from our employer . I would guess that for a rider it is easier to score points than not but sometimes things do not happen the way you wish they would. I have faith in Ged and believe that news will come as soon as he has any, we must be patient a while longer !

It dos'nt take a lot before some supporters ( I use the word loosely) turn on their once can do no wrong team . Listen to thee selves slagging off Panthers who put there neck on the line to entertain fans . Alright things are not going our way at the moment but turn it around ,if people were saying such things about some of you at your place of work how would it make you feel bloody low I would say . Support Ged , and your Panthers , if moves are needed rest assured Ged Father will do it . Keep the faith I say .

Rumour has it Buxton told Ben his services were no longer required after his showing at Coventry .

If my memory is correct ,the first time he lost his place when he got injured for a short time and they were going to bring him back with Rory I think, but he then went to Rye .Last year he returned with low confidence after breaking his foot in the winter ,he then could not get N.L due to the average change so only had P.L. Seen him a couple of times this year and the lad looked ok ,his bikes are reliable also . We should give him a chance .

Bring young Olly Greenwood back with Tom ,give him another chance to get his 2014 form back now he has N.L aswell
