OK, I can see how that could help the 36 Brits (& another 10 new two pointers) with sub-7 averages, provided we also have a minimum 2 Brits rule. The team-building limit would have to be about 50. A straight 7 minimum for all foreigners, both existing & new, might though be unfair on the new ones, because teams would generally select the existing ones who habitually achieve a 6 to 7 average - the likes of Klindt, Busk-Jacobsen, Porsing, Lasse Bjerre - rather than take a chance on new untried ones.
