Agreed the fact he achieved a 4.69 average last season proves this .. There is many many a number 7 that never or hardly improved off the 2.00 average.. -

This is going to be a tight meeting indeed.. Just been on the Plymouth website why the heck cant you see what the opposition guys scored against you on the fixtures/results list very odd any moan over. With Roberts and leek unlikely to score many but hopefully show improvement again puts the pressure on Layne to score the points if he can hit double figures possibly takes 6 rides i think we nick this meeting 44-46 ... The key to our narrow success is getting boxall beat a couple of times and Layne to score 10+ (from 6 possibly) -

Im reading alot of comments on here that Josh Bailey needs a rest for a bit get hes confidence back. If/When this was to happen what would you have to play with in terms of points ? -

Rode like he had a point to prove that is by far the most impressive display i have seen from him... Previously either when guesting for us or riding against us he never scored big points so hopefully he carries on. -

well 56-34 not the greatest meeting ever.. the best battles were for 3rd and 4th spot Bacon 3/5 nightmare start then just done whats expected from no1 Roberts 3/5 battled really hard will certainly improve only scored 2 but was competitive later on.. Richings 3/5 solid from the skipper scored as expected really .. JPB 3.0/5 Standard quality display although slight note hes times weren't that quick Carr 4.0/5 MOTM awesome debut getting full max won each race by a big distance different class on the night Leek 1.5/5 Looked well off the pace until a decent last race cuppitt 3.0/5 great again were gonna miss him when he goes into the main body. Widman had the best meeting ive seen him have down PB locke looks the best of the 3 pointers although scores may not show that . Well done the fans also for showing Roberts and leek there appreciation for battling performancing -

I read on the Berwick website last week that no Berwick team is complete without local hero Liam Carr ... Is this not the case anymore ? -

Heat 8 he was sent out as reserve replacement for graveson and on a t/r apparently this is not permitted and he returned to the pits to put hes standard yellow helmet on -
Well done nathan greaves who scored in all 4 of hes rides this evening. I was critical of hes early season performances and hes well and truly making me eat my words so well done young man

poor use of the t/r cock up sending allen out when hes not permitted then sending hougarrd out vs freddie at monmore not really the wisest move... not that it would of made much difference -

ProudtobeaBrummie replied to ProudtobeaBrummie's topic in National League Speedway
Well last season we made zero changes season before we only made changes as reserve. Now 3 meetings into the season we have already made 2 enforced changes.. Unfortunately our problem will be when layne goes into the main body and leek and roberts are the reserve pairing. There really gonna struggle to score points but as always we will give them as much support as we can from the terraces and hopefully they improve as the weeks and months go by if they can score 6+ between them a meeting we have a chance of winning.. So onwards and upwards hopefully we can still nick 4th place -

52-38 Is my guess .. somerset reserves will need to get 10-14 between them to keep this respectful.. Wolves are powerful at home with the greatest of respect freddie, jacob and masters could easily not get beat by a opposition rider -
A few friends of myn is a wolves football season ticket holder and they have offered them tickets for speedway £10 a ticket for the 3 june meetings. Great idea there is 3 off us taking up the offer for starters hopefully can put a couple of hundred on the gate ..

IM NOT CONFUSED MR PERRY GOT SMITH IN TO REPLACE A STRUGGLING ALEX WILSON NO CONFUSION HERE .. DRURY HAD NEVER HEARD OF JACK SMITH UNTIL IT WAS SUGGESTED... MR BBUCK what have i said that is untrue ? what have i said that is slandering ? There are other aspects of Drurys management i like just unlike you i dont see things through rose tinted specs.. -

Drury on the ball with potential ??? You have to be having a laugh like who ?? Zach ? Phil Morris Jack Smith ? He had never heard of him was Tom Perry told him sign him in JPB? As above but who had not heard of jpb after he had already signed for Buxton. Drury to my knowledge has never bothered staying to watch a second half in years .. Hes not a clue about the best young riders around you never see him at other meetings every other night like you do many other managers. -

JJ some people just wont have it. Its very much a case of if your face fits pal unless you have huge potential and improve rapidly you will get dropped like a hot spud.. -
