  1. Blueboy, Klindt scored around 16 for Wolverhampton at Blunsdon in 2009. He would be a decent signing i reckon.
  2. Thats a really interesting side hyabb17. Probably too many Poles for most of the guys on here. I would have both Maciej and Gregorz as they are capable of adding a point on their averages. I would however include Steady at reserve. Him and Zengi at reserve would clean up. Moreover, i could foresee some different personel at reserve most months throughout the season. Kid Morris, Klindt maybe. 2013 is an excellent opportunity for the club to attract more sponsors and fans through the turnstiles. I am surprised they didn't hold last nights forum in a larger venue. Furthermmore, it was hardly publicised very well either. I am sure they could have made more money for the club last night. The club must really push on with advertising the new season to the public of Swindon and Wiltshire. They should 'piggy back' on every commercial opportunity. Roadshows, School drop in sessions, Radio, TV, leaflet drops through as many letter bxes as possible. Give me a thousand or so and i will ensure households along the A4 know about our sport!! The ELITE LEAGUE CHAMPIONS race most Thursday nights etc etc What about staging some Sunday afternoon/evening meetings at the start of the season to initially attract the young children, prior to the Polish season starting? Once they are 'hooked' their parents can ease them into the later, Thursday evening start times. Love the innovation showed with EXCALIBUR and the away colours/kevlars. So lets get the merchandise out early doors with the away colours, scarves and hats ready for the new season. Fans will spend money on that now! Christmas is coming! Season tickets....lets give the monthly payment scheme another run. Sure it proved a challenge with the administion last time (mostly due to people not paying) but surely now with some more resilience, ths can be resurrected? The club should be aiming for 1000 season ticket holders in palce before March.
  3. Put that fishing rod away home straight... The 'gate and go' at Brandon you surely mean?
  4. I know Bridger is a bit like Marmite, but i do recall Rossiter being a bit of a fan of his a while ago. Not that i am one to gossip, but interesting that Rosco has been in touch with Nicolai Klint on Twitter.....
  5. PK riding with Steady is calamity time. Both ride the same lines. Zengi as a heat leader is a massive gamble too. MBJ has gone to press saying England is not in his plans for next year. Klindt at reserve would be superb though Noggers. Bridger has apparently sorted his finanacial situation and could be available. I know he has his critics, but he would be a decent shout doubling up with Steady or Nick if his average fits.
  6. Nice to see you back again Odin. Even if it is to give me beans. Your team isn't a bad shout actually (not a million miles from mine though...must be my influence) Some Wolves fans were giving him a bit of stick last year apparently. May be an opportunity for him to move on. I rate him. He did pretty well for us in that godforsaken team of 2011.
  7. That team will do well at Swindon...but not much else!
  8. If the Robins are to go with the core of the 2012 side, it does now look like they will need to lose either Hans or Batch. Such a shame once again to break up a winning....a championship winning side. Still, perhaps time to bring in Gregorz Zengota in a Swindon team that could look like this: 1. Hans Andersen 2. Nick Morris 3. Jason Doyle 4. Gregorz Zenota 5. Peter Kildermand 6. Simon Stead 7. Nicolai Klindt
  9. Brilliant...bring 'em back. But i am sure Dudley fans want their name spelt 'HEATHENS'.....
  10. I thought he had? Pedersen? Sorry Royal Box...poor side...mid table at best...Ostergaard, Hougaard, Wolbert/Eklof/Wolbert, Barker/Fisher, all too inconsistent for me.
  11. Not sure i would admit to reading the Sun Skidder.....
  12. Blimey Bobxski where have you been? Getting worried about you!
  13. Surely you are not thinking of the Fish in the team MattK? I saw enouh of the first and second bend carnage he caused this year. I really think he is sometimes dangerous. Is a 'niceowl salad' a welsh or Danish dish?
  14. Yes, it certainly looks promising. Mind you, some of the make up of other sides bandied about on this forum look pretty impressive too! (Apart from Belle Vue)
  15. I guess that will all be blown out of the water if the AGM produces a 40 point average for next year.
  16. That's a pretty decent line up Dumpers. The riding order would be a difficult one though. You couldn't pair Harris with Stead because we would be on a 1-5 before the first bend in most races. You couldn't pair PK with Steady as they get in each others way. It would have to be: 1. Harris 2. Morris 3. Schlein 4. Stead 5. Kildermand 6. Klindt 7. Musielak I personally would be happy with Klindt in the side. He has Blunsdon worked out and is decent on most away tracks. That side has potential for every rider to put a point on their average next season.
  17. Interesting to read that Tai Woffinden rates the Gary Peterson memorial meeting as 'a meeting that doesn't mean anything'. Incredibly insensitive thing to say about a former Wolves rider, even if he did mean it in the context of him carefully choosing his meetings for next year. Foot in mouth springs to mind....
  18. Are you able to quote what 'sauce' that is from Pirates of Poole?
  19. What about Alex Davies at nearby Somerset? A fine prospect. I think Rosco is also a Dakota North fan and would want him in the side if at all possible.
  20. Are you able to give any more information on the background of Mssieslak Hyabb 17?
