Hans didn't make himself too popular with the Monmore faithful after his Heat 15 move on Miskowviak last year Stevebrum....i think he had mis-read the script to be honest...

Isn't amazing what a difference a year makes. This time last year when rumours were rife that Batch would be signing for the Robins, it didn't seem to be a very popular choice with many on here. His poor start to the season certainly didn't help him either. I guess him winning races on a regular basis did the trick in the end! I for one would welcome him back this year.

Beat me to it.... Beat me to it...there does seem to be a sudden crop of new Panthers members...we will soon know that it is KKS because he/she can't help commenting on averages, Jepsen Jensen or Richard Lawson.

Hate is a strong word Warren 2. I have been a member of this forum for just over a year and i have seen no evidence of 'hate' towards the Panthers. Frustration maybe, certainly in recent times, but certainly from where i sit, the Showground is a brilliant place to watch speedway. Excellent track and viewing. Perhaps you are getting 'hate' and 'dislike' confused with rivalry or on the odd occasion, a bit of envy?

Yerropes has a far more advanced taste in music than i, but for any of you 'pop pickers' out there...The Velvet Underground was the album....comments anyone?

I clambered into the loft today to 'get the rest of the Xmas decorations down'....an hour or so later Mrs Roundabout was wondering where i was....came across far more interesting stuff in the shape of some rather rocking tunes. Will PM you with the find!

Last time i saw him his ginger locks had thinned somewhat and he was clean shaven...he did however often wear a red and white coat...of course that was when he was a staunch Robins fan.....

I reckon Blunsdon being a couple of degrees colder than anywhere else in Wiltshire at any one time! I do recall the NA being bitterly cold in April many years ago castrolargh.

If the first bend at Saddlebow Road is anything like at Blunsdon Bagpuss you must have your thermals on most of the summer!!

I actually agree with the sentiments of this post Steve. My issue is, how Andersen and Batchelor are being treated by their parent club. Both, incidentally, are people....people need contact, reassurance and something to aim for. Some structure if you like. If i treated staff like the way Peterborugh have treated their assets, i would be vilified. I don't buy the nonsense of them 'not being able to get hold of' Batch and Hans. Its 2012 for goodness sake! Frost should at least organise with his assets monthly contact to keep them updated on the situation, especially that the majority of the assets live abroad and in Europe or Australia. To have no contact with them until it suits the management, surely creates impatience and frustration amomgst riders who just want their future sorted out. Anyway, as Buzz states, seasons greetings to all fellow posters. I know it gets a bit terse on this forum from time to time, but it is a great way of catching up and talking about our sport. I for one enjoy the banter and the wind up attempts from Shov!

You should try having a difference of opinion with Thepinstripe, you don't get compared with KKS, but you do get called all kinds of names!

Agreed Kester. I have been to Wolves every year for the past 3 seasons or so and the racing has always been excellent.

Just thought that Troy has actually been consistent over the past four years or so now. His average has hovered around 7/8 whether it be at Blunsdon, Peterborough or even Ipswich. Maybe next season if he signs, we should be expecting the 'big' year...nearer to 9 would be very welcome.
