  1. Totally agree Sidney. Ole Olsen and Hans Nielsen were hard but fair. Nicki Pedersen is a great rider but because he doesn't have natural ability he has to pull dirty moves.
  2. I don't believe Greg would have acted in this way if it was anyone else but Nicki. It's not in his nature. It's just that Nicki's been doing this for years and riders are probably getting fed up of it. And as for roles being reversed I've never seen Greg fence anybody in his career.
  3. I take it you don't remember when Nicki fenced Greg a few years ago in a gp. As far as I'm concerned the guy deserves everything he gets.
  4. Who the hell cares? It's only Nicki He's been asking for something like this for years. Go Greg!
  5. Nobody deserves a ban, it was only a bit of fun, which will soon be forgotten about.
  6. ..and not forgetting, "Where did he find that from?" "Get out of the way!" "You can't take your eyes off this!" I used to like Nigel, but I'm getting fed up of constantly turning the volume on my tv up and down.
  7. Seems a strange one, didn't MJJ win a gp at Vojens? The Danes usually give opportunities to their young riders. Saying that, I'd still take them to win. I would say the Poles will miss Hampels influence and experience, and I would have Australia as the main threat to the hosts. I would be very surprised if Sweden didn't finish fourth, with Jonsson and Lindgren not the riders they were.
  8. Danny King was never gonna do much but bombers been awful.
  9. It's almost a shame the Czechs didn't get third on Saturday. At least they'd have put out a full team tonight.
  10. Exactly. There was an Evel Knievel documentary on the other week. Great stuff!
  11. Danny did ok on monday, but I think it's fair to say he's more or less reached his level, and it seems a good opportunity to give another youngster some international experience.
  12. I wouldn't bother with Cook anymore, I don't think he's got it. I would stay with the same four, maybe Kyle Howarth for Danny King if he goes well at practice
  13. Young Lambert didn't show him too much respect last night. Why the hell isn't he in the british final. These organisers are idiots.
  14. Never mind the Louis's, this is the big one. Ivan or Kym? I would say Ivan, but I would be willing to hear arguments to the contrary. Only joking
  15. Damn I don't remember that at all. I must have been out of the country. I certainly wouldn't have missed that. I know he had his problems, but Mike the bike was truly the most talented rider I've ever seen. Topping the national averages at 18. Incredible!
  16. I never saw him ride but I thoroughly enjoyed his book.
  17. Andrew was the better rider but Len prepared the better track. ..speaking of Rye House, Barry or Dave King? I would say Barry.
  18. ITV, World Of Sport, Dickie Davis, happy days.
  19. Why? he's chosen the best riders available. What annoys me is listening to Scott Nicholls saying, "yeah, team GB have got a good chance of winning." Well, we'd have a better chance if you were in the team.
  20. I'll admit watching live I thought the Russian tried to go through a gap that wasn't there, but just one replay showed as clear as day he was fenced by Sundstrom. Surely the ref would watch at least one replay before making a decision?
  21. I guess it's all about opinions but I wouldn't put Jimmy in ahead of anyone in the line-up. There wasn't any obvious absentees like any other year.
  22. I would say the only year the best 16 riders were in the world championship was 1996.
