Coventry V Wolves Monday 9th May

Well that was certainly worth watching, a vast improvement on that Lakeside rubbish. -
Well Cook didn't want to 'be there' and he lives near.

2016 Speedway Gp Qualifiers

I doubt if those things are considerations when appointing the wildcards. I think it's more that the top countries get represented and the fact that Cook actually beat Lambert in the run-off. -
2016 Speedway Gp Qualifiers

Yes but Cook has a better chance surely. The sad thing about the whole day, is that Tai might as well turn up on his own for the World Cup, as it's become obvious that there isn't anyone else up to the job. -

I think British riders should be allowed to ride in BOTH leagues, much as happens in Sweden, irrespective of their average or status. -
Lakeside V Belle Vue - 4 May - Sky Match

That's what I asked myself after a few heats of that rubbish. How do they keep it going with no crowd, it was pathetic and probably reminded a lot of people why they stopped going? -
Wolverhampton V Poole. Ela 2/5/16

He still finished in front! And the champ to whom you refer, wouldn't probably be champ if all those entitled to enter had done so. Circumstances can often play a part. -

Would that be the same "Australian champion" who he beat in heat 5? -
Only two things disappointed me, one was the camerawork, which seemed to miss a few things, the other was Harris (last already). A few years ago a Polish team manager dropped him with the words "he's a weak rider" and so that seemed last night, he just didn't have the aggression or persistence, one example was when he meekly slowed down to allow Zmarslik to go by on the inside. I love my country and would love to see more Brits involved, but I also want to see some fight from them. I say to Harris "if that's the best you can do, withdraw and give Lindgren your place, it was frankly embarrassing."

Massive home win. -
Replacing him with the 'Village Idiot' at Lakeside, was more of a "backward signing."

I doubt it'll be that tight. -

Well it's none of your business for a start. Foreigners aren't FTR riders, even if they drop to reserve. -

The result doesn't depend on your reserves, the result is a foregone conclusion. -
There's a bit more to it than that.

Please don't change your mind and as this is a gravy train for just about all but those who are set up in Poland, they'll still find ways of keeping their places.

I think it's boring because it's too predictable and lacks credibility, plus it's generally run by enthusiastic amateurs who are further restricted by lack of finance. Sky is a huge embarrassment where you see the same riders week after week (irrespective of which teams are taking part) and the crowds are pathetic. The new National Stadium was a great boost and a beacon of hope, but even the saga of that has become boring, as has the sight of two of the least sharp knives in the drawer, trying to maintain interest. The visa problem is adding to the boredom, as are rain-offs and 'too high' admission prices ... ... ... Tiddleywinks anyone?

Yes but did they accept bookings while knowing it wouldn't be running?
