  1. Chris Louis‏ @chrislouisIWSC 16h16 hours ago More 1st batch of @gerhardengines has arrived and will be going out next week. Jordan Jenkins just couldn't wait any longer! #lovingGTRlife
  2. This is a good race....https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y-gyBmAr2i0
  3. Some of your scenario's are pure conjecture and the engine will not be compulsory in 2018. If the engine is a sealed one and it blows up it would be covered by the warranty. If the current situation continues there will be more riders out of work or reduced to amateur status. By the way, I hope you're injuries are improving, I like to watch you whatever your riding. :-)
  4. They are indeed but Wolves need three replacements if they hope to be in the mix.
  5. It would be a gradual process with plenty of advanced notice.
  6. Those 'regulations' can be changed. Personally I don't think they will become compulsory but I do know that they could make them so if they wished. Something drastic needs to happen to reduce costs for both riders and promoters, too many clubs are running at a loss and too many riders are asking for too much. If you want it to become amateur/part time over weekends and bank holidays, fair enough.
  7. In that case why aren't they all riding 600s? They have to abide by the rules that are set, whether there is choice or there isn't.
  8. They are all from the same tuner, Freddie doesn't use a different one.
  9. There are appointed servicing points, Trevor Hedge has one.
  10. This isn't about "world wide" and PJR wouldn't be allowed to service a sealed engine.
  11. Yes they do, he uses 500s as well.
  12. He was as good a rider as I ever saw but he has a dark side and it still shows if you don't agree with everything he says, as I found after a few messages between us.
  13. That is no surprise, if people will watch Eastenders they'll watch anything.
  14. It just shows how low Speedway has sunk, they would rather show prime examples of obesity playing darts or pretending to have a fight. After last night's farce at Poole, is there any wonder?
  15. Definitely another nail in the speedway coffin.
  16. I know they are popular but personally I don't particularly enjoy watching foreign league racing. I think I need to feel more involved. I have watched occasionally over recent years but it hasn't ever become a must see.
  17. Kevlars are machine washable, so are easier to deal with, leathers are more protective.
  18. If you look at the make-up of some sides, they appear to be doing very little to promote new or up and coming riders. While an experienced hand was always acceptable as a rider-coach, having three, four or five isn't.
