It's all about how you finish, being fourth in the league can be just as good as first. There's a long way to go yet and you don't get many sides surviving a full season unchanged, even with the July rule coming in.

They brought out more affordable season tickets and the people responded. They prefer a well attended stadium rather than a half empty one. It worked well because their travelling away support increased as well.
You're right! I knew it was someone whose name sounds to be Polish. Anyway there's no stockcars at Redcar and most of the team look like they'll appreciate a racers track.
