I think he means 'the national team' more than anything but you're quite right, it should have been written as Britain, until Wee Jimmy gets her way and you are left with a two team league.

I think British riders should be fixed up with team places before any overseas riders are signed and two pointers is definitely the way forward.

The claim was that they were the same as his, the claim was made before the season started and it's only reasonable to expect your works rider to test things, the current model has been guaranteed not to be replaced for about three years. There are a few riders doing OK with the engine now.

You could still change though and in the case of at least one of the reserves, that can't be anything but beneficial.
