I think the track problems at Redcar are simply due to lack of investment. Brian Havelock is notorious for being tight with money, that's why Doolan left and Davey has to buy his own tyres. Getting the crowd in and then spending about an hour making the track half ridable, is unforgivable and probably another nail in the coffin.
If last nights coverage had been rubbish (and it definitely wasn't) it wouldn't have mattered as the racing was exceptional. Hopefully the organisers will learn from it and prepare the other tracks like that.
I didn't know you could have someone not currently riding for anyone as a one-off guest? Obviously you can. Two decent looking sides but I reckon Stoke should have a comfortable win.
I thought the centre green was a junior soccer pitch, it won't be big enough for rugby league. I think the new place will certainly bring some fans back, I was a regular at Hyde Road, but one visit to Kirky Lane was my first and last! Good luck to the Aces.
I didn't say you couldn't, I just said it was a bit pathetic. That's my opinion and I'm allowed to give it, aren't I?Personally, the off track antics of Ben Barker or indeed Darcy Ward are of no interest to me whatsoever.
No outrage, It's just pathetic.....Next week's revelation will probably be "Chris Harris likes baked beans" or "Simon Stead stood next to someone in a motorway service centre gents".
