What spoilt it for me was Robson insisting he was being treated unfairly and every time you could plainly see him drop the clutch before the tapes moved.
I agree, the woman on Sky asks the daftest and often unanswerable questions. Coverage was good but the track preparation was a disgrace, you would think they would have learned by now.
Speedway is simply a circus act, the majority of the public will never take it seriously when you have guests and tactical rides. Besides that, It's totally boring 99% of the time.
The referee couldn't fine him when he was suspended several days before the event. Starke let himself down and brought the sport into disrepute, in the full glare of the cameras. We had enough of that in the past with newspaper exposures....No wonder the sport isn't taken seriously.
Me too!
I wish SKY would get rid of that dim bird who hangs out in the pits and seems to be trying to win a contest for asking the most stupid questions imaginable.
Exactly! I have supported him in the past when he has come on here asking for PL chances. There must have been some new people at Berwick or watching on TV, how do you explain that "oh if you're behind you cheat to try and get back"?
I admit to not being too keen on him myself, but he would have been better kept on than Wilkinson who spends far too much time on the floor for a rider of his experience, Davey at least has a chance of improvement.
