  1. Torun Poland and Piraterna Sweden, I believe.
  2. He's usually straight to his team mates after a race, to offer advice.
  3. That was last Wednesday! Keep up.
  4. At Halifax a leading mechanic offered to look after his bikes for ten quid a week, Planty refused it saying it was too much. He must have been losing a lot more due to the famous fire engine spluttering and banging all the time. He was a great rider and could have done much better. Craig Pendlebury was another, he would out gate everyone and then breakdown while well clear, time after time.
  5. The official attendance figures might not be too accurate. I saw people paying by cash at certain gates, they were given tickets that weren't the same as the pre-ordered tickets. So official attendance figures and receipts might not tell the true picture.
  6. http://www.speedwaygb.co.uk/index.html The latest from the BSPA, it seems to be saying "you are going to back down" (I wouldn't!).
  7. No, but he had a number of GP riders lined up, the concern is that they will be in some way persuaded to be at Coventry. Anyway Chris Holder has made clear his intention to be at Poole and some others seem to be of the same mind, unless they are threatened with fines or suspensions (for those who will be riding here anyway).
  8. Except that he has friends, riders and sponsors, some of whom have arranged time from other things to come from all over the world.
  9. On Twitter, Chris Holder says he intends to honour his agreement to ride in Havvy's meeting, Darcy seems to be indicating that he does too.
  10. Irrespective of you opinion of him, he was offered this facility and it has been arranged for a long time. From what I've seen on Twitter, riders who had committed to riding in his meeting intend to honour that.
  11. I see Chris Holder is saying he WILL be at Havvy's meeting, on Twitter and Darcy is hinting that he will too. The ERC might end up being a bit of a damp squib.
  12. There isn't an ELRC. You can't have a meeting where half the field are invites and the other half are compelled to enter.
  13. I thought that the ERC was to be an invitational event containing some non-EL riders? Surely that would mean that riders were free to refuse an invitation.
  14. Has it? It'll carry on whether a small number of Australians give it a miss or not. The riders in question are at fault, others followed the advice given, in regard to when and how to apply, and they haven't had problems.
  15. I would very much doubt that Harkess is wrong, it looks like the majority did the right thing and have no problems.
  16. Hmm, he might miss a bit more than that.
