  1. THB on Jacobs, he will not be race fit at all, therefore glad this lad has finally been given a chance to ride.
  2. Would Jacobs get a reduction and fit in or still to high? Rode Redcar well last year?? Just a thought.
  3. There has always been something iffy within the Ipswich camp over recent years and its happened to numerous riders. One minute the riders are riding well for Ipswich, then they somehow get demotivated and the team seems divided? Signing riders is one thing but the real skill is how the management, particularly 'CL' where Ipswich is concerned, are going to get the best out of there 1-7 in a fair and consistent manner.
  4. And that's before we start on the rule book!
  5. The sport is crazy, on one hand there are R/R and guests, then guests getting injuried while guesting. Then on the other hand, riders with no teams not even being asked or able to guest...you couldn't make it up!
  6. And Joe Jacobs, the list is getting longer
  7. I feel for Sarj too but I would like to think if BV wanted to pick riders without any clubs at all, they may consider previous BV riders such as Stefan and Joe Jacobs who also do not have a single club either. It just shows how successful the fast tracking idea lasted for.
  8. I think Belle Vue will need to think carefully about Jacobs, either sign him or be prepared for other clubs to use him as a guest against them at Belle Vue.......
  9. And why do you think Boxall isn't riding?
  10. Jacobs is being mentioned on Eastbourne link, no reason why he couldn't be in the mix for Kent?
  11. Jacobs never left the sport, just took a year out. His a bargain on that average.
  12. What would Robert Lambert's avg be if he done PL?
  13. Really enjoyed both meetings last night though petrified at times! The racing was breath taking at times so well done to all riders!
  14. I read that as Joe was prepared to miss Mildenhall meetings for Peterborough, therefore showing how committed he was to the Panthers. Joe left Mildenhall last year to ride for Glasgow to move to the next level because both clubs were Sunday tracks, so it wouldn't make sense if it was the other way round now. The lad is clearly showing how much in wants a PL club by the distance he is prepared to travel, Glasgow now Workington. Max has been brought in to strengthen the team a bit regardless what we think of this change.
