  1. Hahaha this news is some of the best I've read! Love to see Darcy fail and Middleditch prove himself as an absolute di*khead! It's actually made my day, I'm such a saddo He needs to be banned and left to make the right or wrong choice of where he wants his life to go, I think he is a complete village idiot, but I also think its a positive step letting people with learning difficulties ride in the GP's
  2. If you pm an email address then I will resend, thanks
  3. I sent it via the contact page on the website, I do understand what your saying btw Who is responsible for the media/marketing if the speedway?
  4. I've worked in media and marketing for 8 years, have a degree in media, marketing and tourism (2:1) not first class honours tho I've sent the letter, if nobody can be bothered to reply or even acknowledge then I feel I would be banging my head against a brick wall with any further correspondence
  5. I have sent a letter detailing the flaws in presentations of the meeting, yet to receive any acknowledgment of letter so I dunno what more I can do???
  6. Aye I know everything about presentation - get a grip you sh*t stirrer!
  7. I don't mind dick Barrie at all! My concerns lie with the overall presentation of speedway
  8. I do understand the main reason for going to watch speedway is actually to watch racing, however, people who are new to the sport will more than likely want more than just racing if there to come back, it needs to be an all round positive experience. Furthermore I dunno if it's been discussed on here about nights last season when discounted prices, or kids go free, whatever it was, the track was absolutely shocking, slick, sparks flying on the bends! No grip for passing, in my opinion that track should of been in A1 condition to allow for spectacular racing, instead it ended up looking like the A1! This is not gonna make those newcomers come back!!!!! Seems the basic's are being overlooked!
  9. Personally I hate those added changes of songs to match / sum up an event ! Argh! The music should represent the sport, imagine if f1 or motocross played the songs heard at Berwick, just wouldn't work, hence my opinion that it needs to be changed a bit. .
  10. There's more than dick who take the meeting back to the 70's! Personally I'd like to be known as a venue that's moved with the times as opposed to having the best pies in speedway! Cringe!
  11. It's a shame because I actually think he's alright, but just not on a Saturday night at a speedway meeting...... Who knows huh, little under a month till we find out, have a feeling it will be starting out where it left off, but we can but dream
  12. I'm not wanting the latest hits either, but music to suit speedway racing, maybe I'm just being picky and should just be there to solely watch the speedway however its just the way of the world, the need to be entertained constantly! I compare it to really enjoying the wine in a certain Pub, however the atmosphere, music and all round feel of the place is depressing- wouldn't really draw in new punters - despite the good wine.
  13. So do you guys reckon there will be any changes re: presentation this year? Thnk it was conclusive in comments that changes to the overall presentation of a meeting need to happen- but will they?? My money's on sh*t music, lack lustre commentary and an overall stagnant late 70's early 80's feel, hope I'm proved wrong but can't see it
  14. Anyone know what gp riders are doing ben fund meeting? Heard there's 6
  15. Cool, let's truce it- it is Christmas after all. Have a good one x
  16. Just the opinion I took from saying we don't owe 'them' a living or words to that effect
  17. I don't agree what's your view on elite league? Want that all british too?
  18. God this is boring, how pedantic to correct peoples geography ......too much time to kill it seems
