Have the eligibility rules been relaxed ? If there's not enough riders to go round they may have to change ?

Just a thought but maybe some of the tv money could be used to purchase an engine each and pay for the years maintainance for the young British riders that they're encouraging to step up to the EL? Each rider will be expected to have two bikes built to a high standard. Surely this step would help improve British riders coming through the ranks rather than paying a GP riders flights ?

Maybe if punters could pay the £60+ a ticket that football charges, clubs could then pay riders enough so that they don't need to ride all over the place ?

Adam is a protected asset so really was always gonna be at lakeside.

Wouldn't it be lovely to think that maybe any T.V. or major sponsor cash could buy each of these riders one engine to help with their commitment to riding in a higher league ?

Will the young British riders get the signing on fee that would have gone to the guys they're replacing ? After all their equipment has to improve dramatically if some of their rides are going to be against second strings.

For any riders etc looking for sponsorship it is good to know as soon as possible as you can let potential sponsors know where their names will be appearing

Sad but oh so true. I remember getting daily ( and sometimes twice daily) press releases / updates on the kent twitter feed / website etc. sometimes I thought it was overload at times but still checked every day to see what was happening and then ...... It stopped. We know there's conflict at the club but to the casual observer they've ceased to exist. Even in the closed season people like to be kept informed. I follow a few clubs and riders on twitter and it's the best way of keeping up to date on what's going on. I'm nearly 50. If I get it , why can't the promotors ?? It seems to be a question of " I don't understand internet. Therefore it's rubbish"

I think it'll be struggling to find competetive riders !

Let's hope it's sorted at the AGM or I can see some teams really struggling to get riders.
