Time British Speedway went AMATEUR
Jonny the spud replied to TonyMac's topic in Speedway News and Discussions
You also have promotors saying all is well, then shutting a club and owing riders thousands as the manager who continued the party line of büllsheet just goes to another club and will no doubt repeat the cycle again. It’s already amateur, and crooked. -
He who laughs last doesn’t get the joke.

Ahhh, RR2017 and his various aliases still trolling several threads, replying to himself and making up stories to seek attention, it’s pathetic really that you keep needing to draw attention to yourself to feel good. he’s a bit like thrush really. Just an irritating tw*t that refuses to go away.

Was it him or one of his aliases who said Adam was going to Kings Lynn ?

With rumours of unpaid riders that go through speedway, I’d say it’s the riders who take financial risks too. -

It’s funny how some supporters shout that the promoters should spend more money on gp stars, 2 minute clocks, electric scoreboards etc, etc, but moan at the price of entry/ programs. Youll never please everyone no one no matter what. -
Not at all. He loved his time there and is still on good terms with the fans and the owners. But you probably knew that and we’re just trying to look clever on the internet. Sorry, you failed

As it’s such an iconic club with a superb set up and massive crowds that other clubs can only dream of, I take it Starman and Shovvy are putting together a business plan as we speak to secure the finance and make a fans buy out. I mean, it’s a no brainier so they keep telling us?

Then surely as hell have no speedway income for the next five months he’s free to accept any guest bookings that come his way ? He lost last winter after having his wrist plated and spent three months in plaster, he may have to have his shoulder operated on this winter. He’s self employed and it’s nearly the end of the season. What you will will get is a rider who gives 100%to the club he’s representing on the night.
