What do you think about Zagar winning a GP finishing 7 points behind Jason Doyle in the qualifying heats?

Did Lambert not win the Pairs at the beginning of the season? Think he has missed 5 though if you include the British Championship. Is this not the 2nd or 3rd time he has been ill this season?

The national league has that format (no semi-final and final). I agree that the top points scorer should win the Grand Prix also. I will look back in the record books and think Berwick have only won two riders championships and that Cookie won the Premiership riders championship. I will think that Emil is the closest rider to Jason going to the Aussie GP and that only 3 GP's have been won by the top or joint top points scorer. I will also think that Peterborough didn't win the fours as they didn't top their group and Sheffield didn't win the pairs either. Well done Nick.

I take it the organisers asked Ipswich, Berwick, Sheffield, Workington and Redcar if they could supply a second rider before having a third Glasgow rider in the field.

Does that mean you have to wait until January 1st before starting building your team for next season?

I don't think he should come straight back into the line-up.I would make him first reserve so if one of the teams with 2 riders in the field pulls out then he can take their place. That seems fairer to me than saying to someone who was in the original meeting that you are being kicked out for someone who couldn't be bothered to race on the original date.

Why not say he is withholding his services so he gets a 28 day ban and you can then have a guest. Is that not the best solution or is he racing for Newcastle in the pairs?

So Glasgow race their first KOC match in the last month of the season (quarter final). Will need good weather so the competition has a winner.

Why did the ref not just award the race?

What speedway meeting was Lambert racing in?Was it a world under 21 or similar as the riders championship has been in the fixtures since the start of the season.

Maybe it is the end of the season for Edinburgh. Is Sam not racing in the GP so they will be holding the dance before he goes home.

What about TJ's points?Has he not got a 10.85 average from his last 3 home matches?

Have the teams that got byes completed a tie yet (some teams are finished for the season).There will need to be cut off dates next season to stop teams taking the _____.

I thought the KOC was a start of the season comp. Ipswich were through on 1st April, Sheffield on 1st June (2 months later) and the others still to sort the ties out.I say make Ipswich the winners as the rest of the teams didn't complete the ties at the beginning of the season.

He can show a photo of his flight tickets etc to show he intended to race tonight and then people won't be able to say he's taking the mic key (especially since he is very disappointed).

Seems strange that the Premiership riders championship is on the last weekend before the Championship cut off date, the National riders championship is on the last weekend before the national league cut off date (and the same day as the Championship riders meeting).

The promotion/relegation playoff is the 9th and 11th October so I would think sometime between next weekend and then depending on race nights of the teams.

Why not go with Monday and Wednesday as no Championship club has these night's as their designated race night.Could they not have held the Premiership riders Championship this Monday coming on BT Sport instead of holding it on a Saturday just before the Championship cut-off date (a night probably when the play-off contenders will be decided.

Why not have the NL rider twist his ankle on the parade?He then doesn't have to fall off and you can then have IRR for heat 1 also.

Have you not raced again in the KOC? I thought with the Berwick QUARTER final having to be run by the 1st April the competition would have been finished almost 4 months down the line.
