When are the fixtures released or have I missed them?

What can I say abouty yesterdays meetings, both the content of racing was far better than the scorelines suggested. Strong races, passing, breakdowns, controversial decisions and a couple of injuries, hope the injured recover quickly. Liam Carr was a sensational guest, gated really well made 8 out of 9 starts, scored paid 22 out of a possible 25 points! Rode the track superbly and his heat 15 win against Ayres and Mildenhall was sublime 👌 Hope Ken the pit marshal was ok, he had a fall and injured his wrist. Get well Ken

I suggest YOU read my posts before spitting the dummy out. Off you go back to playschool if you cannot take constructive criticism. May I suggest you get out of speedway as normally you get a right old slagging off. God forbid the mighty have any criticism, it's ok no doubt your promotion will buy the rights to this forum soon enough and all will be well with Edinburgh once more

In response to the two posters after mine. No general finger pointing to one person, just the staff generally, as I say some were helpful and some were not, it's rare to remember the good only the bad. As for not supporting my own, far from it. It's called constructive criticism and my own opinion, which I'm entitled to give.

TBF Ben didn't and doesn't look fit enough. Michael did seem on the pace. Doolan didn't look anywhere near fast enough to pass Jørgensen. Jørgensen looked frustrated, he had the speed but couldn't make it work despite doing all he could. Edberg did ok and was unlucky. Crang just is not ready for full PL yet. RR rarely proves an advantage especially on away tracks. Edinburgh have an advantage from the minute the away riders arrive, they have to park outside the pits. The pitbays are cramped for the away riders, the staff are rude (with the exception of the clerk of the course). You really are at a disadvantage to start with. But hey-ho Edinburgh won, Berwick lost that's the way it goes. Hopefully tonight will be better against Scunthorpe.

Tommy the gun will make a fist of it, his set up is good. He'll be chomping at the bit to get it onnnnnn! Give him and the other members of the team a chance, true grit will prevail 👍

I doubt Rob will change the race day to a Sunday as it would mess too many riders schedule about. David is in the longtrack so would miss many home meetings and other teams who have riders in Poland on Sundays too. Could maybe start earlier, therefore the young families with children could attend it would be a great start to the weekend👍

With respect to the Rob & team @Scunny, the drop off in attendance is a sign of the times, disposable income is at an all time low in the current times. Rob puts on a great show, his work on the microphone alone is worth the attendance fee. He works his socks off to get a raceable track for both teams. He is very focused on what the supporters want as in entertaining racing. The riders (last season) didn't seem to gel IMHO, but EVERY rider gave it everything, they just didn't have the rub of the green as it were. That's not Robs fault or indeed the rider's. I wish Scunthorpe Speedway the attendances required to continue as it will be a great shame if it was to close.

With the utmost respect regards the TJ statement that you haven't seen enough of him yet- where have you been for the last four seasons? From what I've seen he can cause a few upsets and has in the past been a match winner on many occasions

Off the subject of the team building just for a minute. When are the fixtures out?

Why do you think Jørgensen is a gamble, he can race, a good gater and ok his performances @Berwick haven't been earth shattering, but I'm sure once he gets dialled in, he'll be an advantage to have rather than not I say, there is no pleasing you eh JDoyleSpeedwayChamp
