  1. With respect "Glasgow" could be anywhere within a ten mile radius, I've specifically looked up where the track is. Obvs I hope I'm wrong but I expect the damage will have been done, it's rained a lot over the last couple of days. A couple of hours not raining probably won't counteract 48 hours of rain.
  2. It's black magic really.... https://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/2637197
  3. I'll still be shocked if this is on. The forecast is "thundery showers" aka chucking it down until mid afternoon.
  4. It's +£1 on all price cats for the unreserved 3rd bend seating, can't comment on the view yet, but I'm intended to try here soon. https://events.liveit.io/glasgow-tigers-speedway/bsn-series-final-1st-leg/
  5. It might work to our long-term advantage to have Bailey ride other home tracks for a couple or three seasons.
  6. Nice one cheers. Straight forward to find. They've got a gluten free menu too. That sounds pretty much perfect.
  7. Random question..... We're visiting the NSS Monday 17th July for the first time. We're staying at the Sportscity Travelodge. Would anyone recommend somewhere local-ish for dinner before the meeting?
  8. Ah okay I think the penny is starting to drop. It was just IIRC the delayed heat was before Heat 10, so at the time I was thinking why on earth do they want this off now, before heat 10, before a result, they surely don't want to come back. But okay I get it now, what you're saying is that they did want it to go to heat 10 but not much further. Cool, got it now.
  9. Yeah I've got to admit I'm a bit lost here, I might be being thick, but how did the delaying the start in any way help them? I just don't get it.
  10. Forecast isn't great. Not rubbish but not great...... https://www.bbc.com/weather/2637197/day1
  11. I feel we should start each Glasgow related home meeting thread by saying "no, there's no bloody stream".
  12. Borke looked a very very good find. Bit worrying how he took to Armadale first visit, but I'm sure you'll agree it isn't the easiest track to master. Castagna is a conundrum, obviously he's a decent rider but so inconsistent. Should be a solid 7.50 man. I'm sure there's a master plan somewhere but surely Wood isn't in it!
  13. Ach come on Edinburgh aren't that bad, we can't win by 54 points surely
  14. Alternate link is working....... and it's Kelv and Chris....... nice one
  15. "I love the smell of methanol in the morning. It smells like victory" PUMPED.
  16. Oh that is all change. Switching the Tigers reserves too........interesting.
