Pre emptive speculation is part and parcel of the sport and isn't meant in a disrespectful way. A forum is for discussion and exchange of thoughts and opinion, not just to comment on facts and news.

It is unlikely to even be that. From experience, it is usually live streams of speedway from channels like Polsat, which show the same coverage but with Polish commentary. The streams are usually very unreliable and not enjoyable to watch. I definitely wouldn't part with a penny for this service.

There was no bitter battle between the BSPA and Sky. Sky was always going to renew it's deal to cover speedway. Sky have signed a 5 year contract with Go Speed and it was negotiated by Wayne Russell, not Alex Harkness.

What is wrong with dropping riders? The key to a successful sports team is winning through effective team management, it's not about giving all the riders a big cuddle. Why should they come in on 5? The last thing Britain needs is to distance themselves even further from the rest of the speedway world.

If Darcy keep's calm on the track next year (also sober and out of handcuffs) then he will be untouchable. I remember when I used to work for Curry's a couple of years back and Darcy Ward came in. I served him and he asked for one thing and one thing only... an electronic coffee grinder.

Jason Garrity is the best reserve without a doubt in my opinion. Very fast, very confident and very smooth. Reminds me of Josh Grajczonek.

I expect its because the powers in speedway are very short tempered and irrational. Not to mention they don't have much in the sense department. Wouldn't take much to get them banned from every stadium thanks to the muppets up top.

I cared when I started attending speedway. I took great fascination in learning the ins and outs of the sport as without knowing the rules it doesn't make much sense to anyone? Just try explaining home and away scoring to a newcomer...

I would say calling it the "Elite league" is borderline a criminal offense, at very least it surely amounts to false advertising?... elite noun: elite; plural noun: elites 1. a group of people considered to be superior in a particular society or organization. Hmm...

This whole sport is in a very sorry state. I'm barely keeping up now after 10 years of being an avid speedway fan. I dread to think how difficult confusing stupid this sport must be for newcomers.
