  1. Gutted to say the least.... I know having Doyley on the books for a year would have been expensive but not so expensive that it would force us back down a division. I personally will, and I'm sure the club will, miss the local derbies against Swindon and Poole. Always a big crowd and a brilliant atmosphere. At the end of the day, if this decision keeps the club afloat then I'm all for it but just a bit disappointed at the minute.
  2. Nico needs to pull his finger out if we want to stand any chance in the playoffs. 0 at Leicester on Monday and 0 again at a place we could well be visiting again in the playoffs. Not good enough especially whilst riding at 3.
  3. Easy win for Wolves. 4 points going up to the midlands.
  4. So with Jack Holder now confirmed I hoping it doesn't mean Charles is a victim of the numbers game. Hoping for something like this maybe. Jason Doyle 9.69 Jake Allen 5.07 Charles Wright 6.69 Jack Holder 5.82 Richard Lawson 6.43 Bradley Wilson-Dean 4.67 ???? 4.13
  5. Really pleased with Richard returning. Turned our season around last year and was always awesome to watch around the OTA. Jason Doyle 9.69 Jake Allen 5.07 Richard Lawson 6.43 Charles Wright 6.69 Robert Lambert 7.38 Bradley Wilson-Dean 4.67 Simon Lambert 2.32 Total: 42.25
  6. My thoughts exactly. Wouldn't have minded Richie back for another season but he would miss far too many meetings now he's doubling up. I also have doubts over Howarth as well who is riding for Wolves at reserve this year so another one who would miss meetings. I would personally have Jack Holder in place of Kyle. If he isn't returning to Plymouth that is. 1. Josh Grajczonek 8.50 2. Paul Starke 6.00 3. Charles Wright 6.89 4. Jack Holder 7.10 5. Rohan Tungate 7.74 6. Ollie Greenwood 3.00 7. Zach Wajtknecht 3.00 Total: 42.23
  7. Going by a lot of the "Rumours" on here, i can imagine something not too far from this: 1. Josh Grajczonek 8.50 2. Paul Starke 6.00 3. Charles Wright 6.89 4. Kyle Howarth 6.98 5. Rohan Tungate 7.74 6. Zach Wajtknecht 3.00 7. Ollie Greenwood 3.00 Total: 42.11
  8. There's not even been a article on the website about the fact that the OTA is going to be hosting a World U21 semi-final let alone any team news!
  9. Anyone have any inkling as to who will be replacing Benji? Do get me wrong, it's not going to be a monumental signing due to the average restrictions but i dying to know! Seen a few names being suggested (Konopka and Greenwood mostly) but i just feel they'll be just as good/bad as Benji...
  10. Interesting piece in the Swindon advertiser regarding Charlie. Hoping it is true. Will find out later tonight. http://m.swindonadvertiser.co.uk/sport/11643224.Wright_move_for_Charles/
  11. 1. Josh Grajczonek/Nick Morris 2. Charles Wright 3. Pontus Aspgren 4. Jack Holder 5. Brady Kurtz 6. Paul Starke 7. 3.25 left with Josh, 3.22 with Nick Would love to see some continuity in the team for a change.
  12. Crossing my fingers that the boys can nick a point from this one but i can really only see a comfortable home win for the Monarchs tonight. Hope i am wrong.
  13. Genuinely suprised at the amount of suprised people on here! Just look at the majority of the Rebels' previous visits to Foxhall and you'll see that it is a track we don't do too well at... To be honest, i expected the Witches to hit 60! Regarding Nick, yes 3 is a very poor score for a rider of his calibre but he is still only young and is not yet an out and out number 1.
  14. Would love for the boys to get at least a point from this one, especially after Glasgow managed a draw on their visit, but can only see an easy win for the Witches. Rebel boys just don't seem to like Ipswich at all. 15-20 point win for the Witches.
  15. Should be easy as you like for the lads tonight. Possibly be similar to Workington last week with only 1 or 2 riders putting up any sort of resistance. Lawson being the main man.
